I love this Krogers. Very clean. Easy to get around. Not overcrowded. Employees are friendly.

I had the best customer service tonight Andy went over and behind helping me get items for my grandma’s birthday! Kirra also helped me a lot at self checkout! I had a very great experience! I will be returning back to this Kroger.

Great store, plenty of selections, nice staff.

Fresh produce, and vegetables all the time. They also have their own sushi made fresh all day. You're tired, no problem, have a seat and sip on a cold cup of coffee or hot, whatever you prefer. I went in there today, and I loved their Valentine decorations. They had these 2 feet heat shapped balloons. Beautiful flowe arrangements. Impressed.

Good job 2 employee at Kroger on Watson Blvd. first I would like to comment on Syreeta at the service counter. She’s very very pleasant and very fast and efficient at her Job !! Good job I so appreciated her help today!! Next I would like to comment on Zikiria at the self check out. We had a lot of the boxed can water we were getting ready to scan and she offered to help. She not only did the water she was kind enough to scan our entire purchase all while helping others. I’ve been thru this area many times and had to ask for someone to scan the water. I might add a few claim they couldn’t help because your scanner was broken. Several looked annoyed when I ask. So thank you Zikirra she has a lovely helpful smile and seem most happy to help us. I hope someone in management will acknowledge these 2 young ladies a real credit to KROGER. GREAT Job Syreeta and Zikiria thank you sooo much !! I’d gladly give them both 5 stars

I had a wonderful experience today. Damien was all alone on his register. His register light was out but he invited people to his line anyway when they asked if he was still open. He asked me how I was with a wonderful heart warming smile. As he scanned he informed me they were extremely short staffed today and thank you for my patience. I started to bag up my groceries myself to help him out when another associate came up and bagged my groceries. I also had to get a money order and when I looked up it was Damien again. We joked about how I just saw him. I asked if they had a survey I could take to shout him out. He laughed and said no ma'am. I told him I would leave him a review on Google.

This store is amazing. Very clean and the employees are very nice. It's a big store too, bigger than the one on Russell Parkway. Very well lit and there are about 20 self-checkout machines. I wish this store becomes a Kroger Marketplace that is open 247 and has a bar inside.

They are so helpful! Always fill my medicine on time! And so friendly 😁 if you're in a bind and you need your prescription field in a hurry they're always there to help even when it's late at night. I had a situation where I was sick and couldn't make it to Kroger finally feeling better needing my prescription filled as soon as possible. They were beyond helpful and made me feel like everything was okay! I have been going here for years and they have always been amazing!

I had a wonderful time there and I purchase some beautiful flowers.

I just wanted to highlight the floral department manager, April. 2 months ago, I got news that my 70 year old grandfather passed away from a brain tumor as soon as I walked into the store. I sat in the Starbucks area, and cried for about 20 minutes when April walked over with a rose to check on me and comfort me. That is something she did not have to do, and it meant a lot to me as a customer that an associate would care so much.

Wow! This store has excellent management and customer service. They went out of their way to help return a lost item to me and were kind and courteous the entire time. Thanks for your help! I will always shop at a store run by great people such as these!

This is my favorite Kroger around. It’s always neat, well spaced, stocked good, and has plenty of self check out stands, which I love. It has cashiers too. Lol. The gas is ALWAYS cheaper than the neighboring town’s Kroger, which is odd. Currently gas is running .30 cheaper than Macon Krogers!

I give 5 stars solely based on one employee and that is Joanelle in the deli department. She is amazing and such a hard worker! Every time I’m in to pick up anything in the deli, she always goes above and beyond EACH and EVERY time! I really appreciate this all around because you can’t find to many establishments that really care about their product, let alone the customers anymore. Since the pandemic began, I have seen so many different people come and go, but Joanelle has remained and is always sure to welcome you with a smile! SUPER employee here! Joanelle is such a gem and I hope the store management team recognizes her, as much as they should. They should have her running the entire store!!

While shopping in your store this past Monday I needed a frozen bakery item from the walk in. Your bake mgr. had left for the day, so an associate called the asst manager Miss Melanie. She came to assist but couldn’t locate the items ( toscana pane bread) as they are unlabeled in the freezer. She took the time to contact Priscilla to help her identify the items and retrieve them for me. This took a few minutes and I know ,as a manager, she had pressing duties elsewhere. Very patient and helpful. I felt she could have easily said ‘come back when Priscilla is here’, and I would have understood. But she didn’t.
Thank you Miss Melanie and Miss Priscilla. Your efforts are/ were greatly appreciated.

Big Sharon the new manager trainee is amazing ! We was locked up together and it was a blessing seeing her in Kroger’s we was cutting up I love her so much . She got out and had a train ran on her by homies in Pen homes she came so far since then my baby girl a warrior . She eat good and she get me all the good deals don’t even be scanning half my stuff just letting me and my homies go with the stuff . She’s the best she did the same at Walmart then got caught but I love her I LOVE YOU BIG SHARON MAMA

Kroger is a little more pricey than Walmart but if you can afford it, it’s a more pleasurable shopping experience than Walmart. Everything about Kroger puts it in a higher class of service. Employees are friendly & professional. The cleanliness is excellent. The quality is worth the extra cost. Security gives the shopper peace of mind. I especially like the later closing time.

This is my happy place. I am from out of state and defaulted to the Target during my business stay. That was a mistake... after armed combat with an insect for wheat thins I discovered were 2 months out of date after I got back to my hotel room, I decided to look for something cleaner and friendlier. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the store, nice and very helpful employees, delicious Starbucks and fantastic fresh deli products. I will be doing business with them for the remainder of my stay and looking in to more of these locations during my travels.

I really enjoyed it here the last few times I have been. The store is very clean and well organized. They have very friendly and helpful people that work here. I only have one problem the parking spots are way to small and too close together. Its not ment for trucks to park here. Especially not mine
