It was great. I saw a bag I wanted online ( it was suppose to be in store) it was not in the store. The gentleman look for the item for me. he offered other items that were similar but I told him I needed that one because it had to be clear for work. He ordered the item for me and had it sent to my home. I was pleased and thanks Devonte for the great customer service because he went over and beyond.

Above and beyond customer service! Ordered online for in-store pick; despite computers being down, with no record of my purchase, the clerk was able to prevent a duplicate payment. Even called me later to let me know it was all taken care of. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. And, I left with the shoes I needed. Thank you!
