My fiancé and I recently purchased a 2024 HRV from Mr. Greg Balkom and our experience was amazing to say the least. I felt as though I was speaking to a friend rather than just a salesman trying to get his commission. He answered any questions we had and explained every detail very clearly. Once it came time for the financing paperwork, Mr. Alex Tyler gave the same warm welcome and took his time to explain each document, while also being very personable. I would recommend anyone who finds themselves at Hughes Honda to these two gentlemen.

We had a great experience with Hughes Honda. We were looking for car for my wife and had looked at all the dealerships in our immediate area not being able to find the car with the trim level we wanted in the color we wanted. I was looking on the Internet and found exactly what we were looking for. The only issue was it was over two hours away from us. Being that it was exactly what we were looking for, I gave them a call. I was greeted by a friendly voice Jessica Adams. After speaking with her she set up an appointment for us for 6pm (they close at 7pm). We headed out and made it just a few minutes late. Jessica showed us the car and we took it for a drive. In the whole time we were at the dealership we never felt pressured or rushed. We were trading my wife’s car in. They appraised it and we worked out the price with Jessica and Sales Manager Kyle. We then went to Finance where Eddie finished the process and again could not have been nicer. By now it was well after 7pm but everyone was there until we were done and ready to drive off and of course Jessica was there to answer any final questions and even set up my wife’s cel phone.This was one of the best vehicle buying experiences we have ever had. So Thank you to Jessica, Kyle and Eddie for all your help and staying past your time off to take care of the customer. Very pleased.

I bought my car from them a couple months ago and they were very kind and professional throughout the whole experience. Scott helped answer all my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. I never once felt like I was being hassled or backed into a corner to make a purchase. They are down to earth people and genuinely want to make sure you have a great car-buying experience.

This dealership is always awesome. Got my van serviced, staff always attentive, very polite. Always looking out for you. I had a recall and just started to walk around, just to move around. My recall lady ( I forgot her name ) she asked if I was okay and checked on the status of the van. Every time I go here, normally it's the same crew there to help you. If you are the Manager of this location, you should be proud of this team and the service department. Not to mention the mechanics you have. Never had a issue. See you in July for my oil change. Excellent team!

They were able to work me in on short notice due to an unexpected problem. The young man at the counter was friendly professional and knowledgeable. The mechanics completed the work expediently and the young lady at the counter even loaned me her phone charger while i waited.

Greg was absolutely phenomenal! He took his time through the whole process and explained everything, very easy going and just a complete pleasure doing business with him! If you’re in need of a honda he’s the guy to do business with! Also, Alex Tyler was the best we could have asked for. He was extremely thorough, personable, and had the BEST customer service ever! We left happier than ever thanks to those two!

Great people that work with you to get the car you want. Didn’t get the feeling of being pressured or hidden fees. They were very transparent on about what things were and whether they were removable or not nothing fancy nothing flashy, but a dealership that truly cares about making a deal and getting you the car you want. I always have the best experience with the customer service team. I think Chris is one of the most professional and knowledgeable staff at Honda. The entire team has a positive attitude and very friendly. I have had my car service at different Honda locations and Warner Robins Honda is by far the best service I have received.

We were looking at buying a minivan that would meet the needs of our special needs daughter. We stopped to just look at an Odyssey at Hughes Honda. We were immediately greeted by salesman Todd Keene to assist us with questions we may have. Todd became a friend of my family and we knew this was the dealership and vehicle we should purchase our new vehicle from. The purchasing process from start to finish was painless. The entire team worked hard to see our needs met with a more handicap accessible vehicle for our daughter. Wait time for a oil change and tire rotation for a 2021 pilot was 2hrs way to long for service. Overall, happy with the work..Should tell customers how long the wait time is going to be. Employees, also shouldn't deguise people business in the lobby in front of others.

I was very happy with my visit to Hughes today. This was my first time to have my C-RV serviced there. I had made an appt. and they were very prompt. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Great service. I made an appointment online. That was easy. Showed up and I did not know what was wrong with my truck. Chris checked me in. I told him what issues I was having and he said they would check it out. They have a shuttle that drove me to my house to wait for the diagnostic test. Chris called told me the issue and cost to fix it. I approved the work and within a couple of hours Chris called back and told me the truck was ready. Not only did they flush my transmission, because the fluid was bad and causing the problem they fixed 3 outstanding recalls. That was all done in about 4 hours. I definitely recommend this shop for Honda service. Thank you Chris for being so helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I have to say that the Advisors I met are awesome! Of all the dealerships I have done business with Hughes Honda is one of the best. Christopher kept in touch and kept me informed. I will be doing business with them from now on.

I found my new Honda Civic just by googling "Honda Civics" and Hughes Honda was the closest to me. I looked over the inventory and found one I was interested in. I made the call and set up an appointment to check it out. Greg Balkcom was the salesperson that helped me out and he was absolutely astounding. Greg was super friendly and personable. He was knowledgeable and helped with any questions I had. We went for a test drive and I was smitten with 2024 Civic Sport. Greg went above and beyond while I was getting things squared away to make the purchase. He consistently asked if there was anything I needed during the process of buying a new car. Not only was he professional, but he held conversation well. Between cheering for the Dawgs as they dismantled Tennessee and talking video games with my boyfriend, we had a fun time chatting. So, if you find yourself needing a new vehicle I highly recommend Hughes Honda of Warner Robins, but you should also ask for Greg!

This has been the BEST experience we have had buying a vehicle. We have bought 5 other vehicles before this and our experiences were -10/10 compared to how Honda treated us. I DO NOT recommend Five Star. Go to Hughes Honda!! Todd was our salesman and he was INCREDIBLE. He answered all our questions and when we didn’t want some of the extras he suggested, he thanked us, actually thanked us for giving our opinions and thoughts. Five Star got mad at us and attempted to belittle our thoughts in order to make a sale. Todd was sincere and thoughtful and truly a friend to us.
Everyone was actually super kind and didn't push us, just made suggestions and why then let us decide what’s best for us.
We came home with a 2024 Honda CRV EX and we did NOT plan on it hahaha! The people and the community at Hughes Honda sold us!
