This is a good JC Pennys to shop for clothes. My husband found a good suit for a special event perfect in size. We had an unexpected issue with our JC PENNYS card and Ms. ERICA ‘s customer service went above and beyond the call of duty to assist with promptness, skillfullness and efficiency. We hope the employee is appreciated and acknowledged for her dedication!

Love this location, especially the cashier Sherrie. Despite being super busy on Black Friday, she remained so sweet and helpful with her customers. I can truly respect a person like that working in customer service!

Went in with the women of the house,it was ok...I'm not much of a shopper so...there's that. Atmosphere was pleasant as department stores go I suppose...

Clean, convenient ladies dressing rooms! What a treat after such a long period without any. Great experience.

Even though JCP is short staffed I still don't mind shopping and having to wait a little longer than usual to be checked out. You are seeing the effects of online shopping and we were for-warned about this years ago. I just hope we continue to support local businesses and enjoy the luxury to be able to physically get out from behind the computers and visit these stores that continue to strive to stay open for years to come.

The representative I encountered at Customer Service desk was so helpful and friendly. I only went in to make some returns from an online order that were the wrong items and one I had found a better price on elsewhere. She assisted quickly, friendly, and professionally. I wasn't given any run around. I was in and out in no time with my refund hitting my bank account the same day.

Always find my size here and everything is as written on the hangar and often in an orderly fashion. It doesn't take me an hour to find my size. Everything is very organized.

The only problem was buy one get one half price. Only had one my size

Excellent service with a smile. Very friendly sales lady who checked me out. Been sick a long while so a friendly smile is just what the doctor ordered. Everyone...be nice to these great people. They are doing us ALL a wonderful service just being there.

Bought 2 $54 each tops. I knew they were on sale but thought they would be $25 or so each. Was very happy to get them for less than $10 each. I hope to go back this week for some more clothes.

Having one main entrance thru Mall makes it hard for Seniors with mobility issues to get into store. This is terrible.

I will say that I had the best experience. Why? Because the lady that cashed me out was very pleasant and helpful. I don't know her name, but her associate number is 0751. Best customer service I've had in years. Thanks.

Customer service is always their highest priority, when they informed they do not carry the Adidas brand of toiletries the staff referred me to online options.

While checking out, we had the pleasure of coming in contact with a sweet woman named Ms. Collie. Her customer service skills are top notch and she saved us a big chunk of change by making us aware of the holiday deals going on! Great all the way around! We will be coming back for sure!

I love 💘 there selection of jewelry. There shoes are nice too. Kids clothes are nice too. I bought my son an outfit from there. Nice quality clothing.
