I don’t usually care for car dealerships in general but this dealership was really an exception. I left feeling like they (1)listened and (2)respected our time and money and decisions. They skipped the fake stuff and hired good guys. Thank you specifically Elio and Matt! I will definitely recommend them to my friends, they are different in the best way.

I had a fantastic experience looking at and ultimately purchasing a new Expedition from Megan at Five Star Ford. She showed me several vehicles and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and provided information I didn’t even think to ask.

She was very laid back and a pleasure to converse with, she ensured I was comfortable during the waiting period and offered me something to drink.

The vehicle was sourced out of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and the folks at Five Star were able to send a driver that evening for the vehicle and they had it ready for me the following morning.

I am very pleased with my the experience and highly recommend Megan.

This was my first new vehicle ever. My salesman Matt was more than helpful and a pleasure to work with. The process was very quick, I showed up late in the day and I drove my new truck home that night. I could not he happier with the process.

I appreciated them so much and working with me for my trade! I’m in love with my truck and I was in and out within a couple of hours! Edward was amazing, very hospitable and in phenomenal spirits for me to come in later in the day and he also came back after hours to get the key because I left something in my pervious vehicle.

I have waited 2 years for a Maverick Hybrid. My good friend Elvis Randolph has tried several times to find one close to what I wanted. About 6 weeks ago he sent me one but it was the 2.0 turbo and I just couldn't pull the trigger. I was kicking myself the last several weeks, thinking I had messed up. Then something magical happened! He had another custom order cancellation and this time it was a Hybrid! A loaded out Lariat at that. Once he told me the price, I took about 30 seconds to process my loan and wait for the truck to be delivered. Got her today and she is perfect. Thank you so much Elvis and Five Star Ford!

After going to different places looking for a vehicle with no success or feeling not heard or acknowledged by staff and salespeople, I made my way to five star. Working with Aaron from the beginning was great. Let him know what I was looking for and he helped me get that. No pressure, not feeling forced into something, this was big for me being a woman going into a dealership alone. Will definitely recommend them and their entire staff. Finance dep was great as well. My experience here at Five Star Ford went above my expectations. They had my truck prepped and ready quickly, and with a full tank. My sales rep Matthew Carrita had 100% focus on my transaction and handled it quickly and professionally. Matthew along with the rest of the Five Star Staff were very polite organized and on the ball with my sale quick easy and I was in my new vehicle in no time. I’ll be going back for my next vehicle transaction, and I’d be giving them 10 stars if I could.

This was, by far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. They were very responsive and really worked to find me a quality used car that fit my budget. They got me financed at a rate far lower than the online car places, and have been helpful with the few minor issues I've found.

A big shout-out to Alvin and the service team at 5-Star Ford, Warner Robins! Minutes before closing on the Saturday before Christmas, my wife's Escape battery died. I called Alvin and explained our situation and he told us to come right in and they'd take care of us. After jumping my wife's car, we arrived in the service bay where Alvin and a mechanic met us with battery in-hand and swapped it out. We were out the door in no time. They really went above and beyond... and saved our Christmas. Thank you Alvin and team!
