The way their after school program (BasicREC) is handled is absolutely terrible. I have noticed and even spoke to many employees who are great, great people and work their tail off to provide entertainment for the children. Yet their bosses do not acknowledge them in any way. They sometimes hire just anybody as a "filler" because they need someone and these people are younger and always on their phones. Watch the kids like you're suppose to! and get off your phone!

The director of Parks and Recreation doesn't understand the concept of FUN. He is way, WAY to worried about lawsuits or somebody getting hurt. Remember, these parents pay for their kids to be entertained and have a good time, STOP SUCKING THE FUN OUT.
