Outstanding customer service! Staff made my sandwich order incorrectly (forgot all toppings). When I called to request the toppings the manager said he would have the correct order ready for pick up.

Friendly people, great prices, awesome selection of food and the store was very clean.

I was a first-time app user for an order and it didn't go well at first. My order was scheduled for pick up, and I waited 5 minutes more past the pick up time. I did confirm my order with an employee. I couldn't continue to wait, and highly upset, I never paid for it so I left. I am a person of time, principles, and values. When I finally had the time, I wrote up a complaint in their website, now I am not encouraging people to complain about a lie regarding the following information. A couple weeks later, I got an apology letter with a $10 gift card. Like I said, I am a person of principle, not money, and to me that meant a lot. So thank you very much, and I will gladly continue to do business with Sheetz.

I love this sheetz! They have an amazing staff! Katie and Olivia are AWESOME, from remembering my order specifics to fun intermittent convos to just being super helpful! The store is so well maintained, my food is never wrong and my visits are always pleasant. Totally recommend!

Our 120+ kids and adults thank you for welcoming us with smiles and working so fast to cook us made to order meals!! The store and restrooms were spotless!! Fresh coffee was amazing and the grilled cheese was off the hook!! Thank you again!!!

Always my top pick of gas stations. Great MTO food and they always have great deals on food and self serve drinks in some shape or form throughout the day. Food is prepared well and usually quite quickly. Good coffee. 👍

This has been the best store for years running. The building was clean before remodeling, and the new design is comforting. The best customer service is found here. I love this store. The clerks are so cheerful and the toilet is supplied with seat gaskets

This is a great place to go to a stop here every morning at 4:30 a.m. buy a coffee a donut get gas and talk to the employees we all know each other it's like a big family great place to go good service the place is clean food is good coffee is always hot just can't see too many good things about this place
