I am very pleased with renting a vehicle from NextCar. This is actually my third time renting with them. Each time I am well pleased with the car and service. Today I extended my rental time until Friday and Amber was very helpful and Knowledgeable. The service was excellent and easy going. Thank You!

I just rented again and I got a great clean excellent rental car!! Mrs Eli at the Next car reception desk has helped me 3 times so far with 3 different rentals She was kind receptive and very helpful to me. She went above and beyond to even show me the features of thr car .She deserves a 5 star rating and in my opinion a pay raise or bonus for outstanding customer service.I am very very impressed with Next car rental service!! The car and customer service was excellent. They need to let customers know up front before booking there will be a $250 hold on their card. And when booking we already pay taxes, etc… they add an additional when picking up car. Unfair hidden fees to customers.

The NextCar team in Frederick was awesome! Paul was there to help me check in and when I dropped off the car. They were friendly and let me pick up the car earlier than I planned on! You should go see them for any of your rental car needs!

Excellent customer service. The VW Jetta did extremely well on gas on the highway. Did not do as well as I expected on gas on the city streets.

Rental van was in top-notch condition. Price was reasonable and transactions were smooth. Will be happy to do business with again!

The staff is a pleasure to work with at this location. The gentleman who helped me out both times I've been was excellent to deal with. He is exactly what customer service should be in my opinion and I'll return for that reason alone. He is very professional, yet friendly and helpful. The manager on duty with him is always a pleasure to deal with as well. In addition to the great customer service the prices are great and the Vehicles have always been well kept and a joy to drive. Id recommend going here to anyone and there isn't anywhere else that I'll use in this area moving forward. Thanks for offering a great vehicle at a price that doesn't drain the bank account!

I've rented from this NextCar location about 75 times for business travel, so I have a LOT of experience with them. Overall I think they are excellent and I highly recommend them. I've used the Frederick locations of both NextCar and Enterprise extensively, and I prefer NextCar. Their rates are better, the vehicles are more comfortable, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the checkout process is slightly easier / quicker / smoother. A++, five stars, two thumbs up, will use again without hesitation.
