CARLA at the Giant on Kingfisher Drive is amazing. Always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Even when I call she recognizes my voice and she just makes my day. Stephenie the manager did an excellent job training her. We need more like Stephanie and Carla!

The pharmacist, as well as other staff members at the pharmacy have been very kind, and welcoming towards me as a new resident of Frederick MD. I was very close with the wonderful staff at the Giant Pharmacy in Stafford, VA for the past 3 years. So I'm very grateful after only one visit.. for the staff here in Frederick Maryland 😊

I had an excellent experience at this Pharmacy. Marcus helped me and he was incredibly informative and helpful and helped me clear up misinformation given to me by another pharmacy. I did not feel rushed or that I was bothering him to ask so many questions. He was very nice and helpful and patient. Highly recommend.

They text that they’ll call the Dr., but they don’t. Rx’s get called in but are rarely ready, even the second day.

Minorities beware, this Giant pharmacy will jump through hoops to disqualify you for a COVID-19 vaccine, even with an appointment, so they can free up doses for friends and neighbors. They will only vaccinate 65 and older and no other qualified persons in Tier 1.
