I had the BEST experience the other day! First walking into this Burger King I could feel how clean it was you could practically see it sparkle! Second walking up to the counter and being greeted with a beautiful smile and a friendly, kind and patient attitude! The staff was so nice, my food order was correct nothing missing! And it was HOT and FRESH! Thank you for such a wonderful experience especially after a long day!

Good, hot food and great service! We walked in as a group of 21 on a fairly busy evening and were greeted with smiles and how can I help yous. We had our food quickly. Clean, large dining room; well stocked service area. Well kept and clean restroom.

The BK in Newton is fantastic. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure your experience with them is a great one. These ladies who took care of my mother and I were absolutely wonderful. Def will be back.

I always feel like I am in the way for ordering food from this place. They always seem understaffed and talk to me to make me feel that. I'm grateful they get the food right and quick considering they seem short on help but dang,just once can we have people in there who speak to the customers and sound kinda happy. "Whatchu want" and "uhhh-huh" doesn't make me feel too welcome. I love those ladies for trying but they make it seem like they would be happier not having customers or jobs.

Got a vanilla iced coffee. It was sweet, just the way I like it!! Fries hot and fresh omg!!

I have started using their app and I must say out of all the fast food restaurants, they are the best. They always have great deals and are fast.
My wife and I stopped in a few days ago and was greeted by the most friendly lady at the window. Angel was her name and was she ever. Burger King, you have a wonderful associate at your Newton NC restaurant.

I enjoy, coming here for breakfast. The people are so friendly & my order is always right! I got the sausage, egg & cheese croissant w/ hash browns & OJ. Yum! 😋

Love this Burger King location! I just started working in the area and I usually don’t care for Burger King but I tried it out this week and I’ve been at least three times just this week and the service was
very fast and the young lady at the window is always so nice and always asks how I’m doing and how my day is doing. And my food is always fresh and exactly how I like it.

This Burger King in newton has the best staff. I don’t know if they paying really well or what, but every time I go the food is fresh, correct, and quick! Tonight we almost pulled off without our kids meals but somebody working in there said HEY HEY don’t leave these. Thank you for caring.

Quite pleased with this branch. Good friendly vibe and accommodating to our needs. Loved the fish burger and Whopper. The spicy nuggets were tasty and just the right heat to it. We dined in and noticed that they marked tables not to be used to enforce social distancing. Drinks and refills were over the counter only. Iced tea is great!

Prompt correct service with friendly service. Would suggest to anyone. The best burger king ever!!!

The staff is super nice! And the food is always good! There's a lady at the drive-thru window a lot now I don't know her name but she is a beautiful African-American lady with long hair and she's always working the drive-thru when I go through! She is super sweet and so nice and if I on my own business I would definitely want her working for me! She is a true asset to Burger King overall!

This Burger King has always been my favorite. The customer service,the accuracy,and the speed is why I only eat at this BK in Newton,NC! Linda,Chastity,and the other manager I can never remember her name(Lightskin with beautiful eyes) are always courteous,smiling, and on point. The restaurant is always clean and my food is always fresh! Please recognize these ladies for the Superb job they do! Thank you ladies for showing up and showing out😉☺ y'all are the best!!!!

Very fast service great food in the employees were very sweet! Our food was hot and delicious they even have a place to eat outside in the patio area! The chicken sandwiches have always been my favorite!
If you are passing by Maiden ..going through to Hickory North Carolina you should stop there and check out the Burger King in Newton you will not be dissatisfied!

Very kind and considerate counter worker, she treated us just as she was our own mom! The food was very good everything was clean and nice every time that we're over in that area we always make a point to stop and get something to eat because of how nice they are there and how clean it is. Thank you very much Burger King.

I'm a Whopper fan. I don't consume a lot of fast food but when I am craving a great burger, this is my go to location! Nice staff and clean with ratings in the upper 90s. Also, I do the coupon thing: buy one Whopper and get one free! What a deal! I add cheese but still get two Whoppers with cheese for under $7! Highly recommend.

The woman that took my order was so so rude to us but the food was good.

All of the staff have been super friendly and gotten our orders correct everytime I have ordered here. This is very uncommon at fast food restaurants these days. Keep up the good work!

I don’t know who took my order but she was rude & yes I said hello a lot of times but if she would have talked clearly I would heard what she said so instead I was ignored for a long period of time& then she made a sarcastic remark after taking my order but Mrs Brenda made it all better by apologizing and being as sweet as she could be .
