Just bought a car from Donnell, great experience.

He was helpful, honest, and not pushy at all. After dealing with a few sketchy dealers, it was nice to find one that was honest. They also had all of the inspection (including Donnell's personal inspection list which goes above and beyond the state inspection) and vehicle history paperwork. I usually get my cars inspected first but he told me that he used K & K right up the street which I looked up reviews for and checked out.

They don't have a huge inventory but I would definitely recommend.

So happy with my experience at Used Cars of Frederick. They were extremely helpful and supportive through the car buying process. I had a ton of questions, and they were intentional with ensuring all of my concerns were addressed. I got a great car at an amazing price! Absolutely wonderful dealership!! Came in today looking for a cheaper car to buy outright in cash, and they made it happen. I was greeted immediately by a very sweet young lady that was extremely knowledgeable. Later on when negotiating prices, Tony worked with me to fit my needs and budget. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on great cars! The dealership has an all around wonderful environment to it as well!

Very good car buying experience. Donnell is a real pro. Patient but knowledgeable and reads the situation right. Respects the customers and doesn’t argue. They carried through on their “we owe” and have been responsive to all concerns, and potential issues. Will go back again when the time comes.

Donnell Dawkins was very caring and answered our questions, listening to our concerns and letting the car sell itself. We appreciated his letting us take the car and get input from others to assure both parties were being treated fairly, dealership and customer.

I got my car personally delivered to my house by the team of Used Cars of Frederick. It was a great way of ending the transaction and sealing the customer-business relationship. I initially ran into some real hassle Involving my bank and financing that put a setback on the deal. Tony offered advice and stayed in touch while the bank came through. Because the MVA's tag and title website was down, I couldn't register the vehicle the same day. So Tony took care of the situation by having my car delivered to me the following day. It was the best personal service I've had from a dealership. Will definitely come back here for my next deal.

Tony was IN-CRED-I-BLE. I could NOT have asked for a better person and company to help me; and so quickly too. I'm moving back to New York for school in two weeks, and I drive with Lyft and Uber and desperately needed a car before heading back - and fast. I went in and talked with Madelyn, and, after telling exactly what I needed, she piped in and said that she had the car for me. Just a few short hours later, and much hard work on Tony and I's part, I was able to officially a car owner with a beautiful car that was everything I needed and prayed for. Tony was the kindest and most patient person to work with, and was so very helpful in getting me through, and over, the hurtles I needed to go over to get the car.
