Panera Bread

We had our breakfast here on our way to Hershey Park. Like other Panera Breads, the portions are small. The quality of food was great especially the Avocado Chicken sandwich. The egg and cheese was good. For bagel and cream cheese, one of our toasts was over toasted which we were given a new one kindly. The Panera Creemchesse tasted more delicious than the regular Philly cream cheese. It was clean, quiet and relaxing and made our whole day memorable. Thanks Panera.

I have always ordered carry out here and it’s been great. Typical quick bite, fast food chain with some healthier options. With that being said - your expectations should be just that. Today I ordered delivery through their website and it was smooth sailing. The soup was still hot upon arrival (as it should be) and their new Caprese melt was good. Delivery driver was super pleasant as well.

First of all, this place is excellent the staff work so dam hard and get such disrespect by customers. I come in often, and how people talk to the staff is unacceptable. Angel is accommodating and hard-working; she is always willing to help me. Quantae always ensures orders are correct; he works hard to ensure they are correctly put together and have everything in them before they are handed out. People who are on here complain about how they mess up their orders. I have seen the same people come in, demanding their order immediately and not giving the staff a moment to ensure they have gotten all the pieces together before the customer is already in their face. Then some people make the food, like Kurt, who is exceptionally hard-working. I’ve come in several days where he is swamped, making sure that orders are kept up, but he’s always willing and able to stop and help me directly face-to-face. He makes sure that the customer in front of him is taken care of while also accommodating those placing orders online. There’s also Trel back in the kitchen; he Is working and is willing to help a customer when they need it. He makes sure that certain things are kept up on the counter so that customers can quickly grab them and go without needing to interrupt Kurt‘s work. Overall, this location is probably the best store in Maryland; there are more than a bunch of fast-food workers who don't care. They work as a team and care about each other.

Although the line to order takes too long, the service is SUPER fast. Food is always fresh and good quantities.

Great go to. The Autumn Squash soup is the best. A perfect end to a Fall day.

We lingered outside after eating inside

Panera Bread is a favorite of mine. Consistently great food that is fresh and full of flavor. Their soups, salads and sandwiches are exceptional. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The Autumn Butternut Squash soup is a taste experience! But I rave about the Bistro French Onion soup too! Panera Bread is awesome!!!
