Sweet Blossoms

I cannot recommend Blair and Sweet Blossoms highly enough! From the first time I contacted her in regards to hiring Sweet Blossoms for my wedding, Blair was so helpful and thorough in explaining her process to me. I know nothing about flowers so was very overwhelmed about how to explain my vision going in, but Blair understood what I wanted and executed it beautifully. She was patient with any questions and changes I had and made me feel very confident from our first conversation. Our flowers turned out stunning and we got compliments on them all night. It was also incredibly helpful that we were able to rent our ceremony arch and candles from Sweet Blossoms as well.

My husband and I had our wedding in October 2023 and omg the florals were insane! Everything was so cohesive and so much care was clearly taken. Service was amazing - we were spoken with about vibe and design and really felt that the care and artistry was there. Definitely recommend!

From our first conversation, I knew that Blair was the perfect florist for our wedding. I don’t know much about flowers, but I had a basic idea of what I wanted. Blair was so kind and patient, walking me through everything, and creating absolutely gorgeous arrangements that received compliments all night long! I especially love that she uses sustainable practices - her flowers are almost exclusively locally grown, and she doesn’t use foam in her arrangements.

Blair is also great at taking on unique requests. She created a beautiful Jewish wedding canopy for us, using my husband’s great grandfather’s prayer shawl, which had survived the Holocaust, as the focal point. She took so much care with the shawl, and we knew we could trust her to ensure it would be safely displayed. She was also gracious enough to place silk flowers on our wedding cake by special request, even though she normally only works with real flowers. She made the cake look absolutely beautiful! I was so happy we were able to work with Blair and cannot recommend Sweet Blossoms highly enough!

Blair was amazing! From the first encounter, she was attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I wanted for flowers for our wedding day, and she made the process so fun and exciting! Fair pricing, and incredible service. She delivered our flowers and set up our centerpieces which all looked incredible! Can't say enough about our positive experience with her!!

I used Blair for my 100 person wedding. She was so incredibly attentive, and my flowers couldn't have been more perfect. I have a really custom job of 13 different centerpieces with mismatched vases I provided and she made everyone unique just like I asked. This was a marked difference from all the other people I interviewed! She kept me updated, and hunted down the yellow peonies I loved. She was so easy to work with and such a professional. With every penny!!

Literally from the first conversation Blair was amazing!! She is not only a talented florist but she has a way of connecting with her clients that makes the experience better than expected!! She is extremely kind and caring. My wedding bouquet was fabulous. So was my flower girl basket!

As a COVID bride, there were a lot of changes along the way of planning my wedding. Blair handled every step of it with grace and understanding. From our first conversation, I knew that Blair was going to be a pleasure to work with - unlike other florists, she didn’t try to convince me that what I wanted to do wouldn’t work - she embraced it and we worked together to make it picture perfect. We had changes along the way, namely removing an arch piece, and adding 13 centerpieces, and it wasn’t a hassle for Blair at all. Blair worked with me to make sure my budget AND my desires were met. On the day of my wedding, Blair showed up on time (perhaps even early!) and set up everything exactly the way it was supposed to be. I’ll be referring Sweet Blossoms to just about everyone I know, and hope I get to work with her again soon!

I loved the flowers Blair designed for my wedding. I requested a quote for selected one of her "pre-designed" options and she got in touch with me almost immediately. I genuinely loved talking to Blair on the phone! I wish I'd had the time to meet her in person.

Beautiful Flowers! For all occasions. The arrangements are just gorgeous and you can always depend on excellent service. The owner is all about pleasing her customers. You will definitely be happy dealing with this business!

I hesitated on writing this review as I would never want to hurt anyone’s business but I want to look out for other brides. If you are at all particular about your florals then Sweet Blossoms would not be the place to go to. If you veer from what Blair feels is her creative vision you'll be greatly disappointed like I was. For example, my groom wanted a single rose for his boutonniere and after going back and forth about what we asked for not being on the spread sheet photos she provided, Blaire she stated "I don't usually use that size flower but because it the groom that wants it Ill make him two and I let him decide" It was nice that she was willing to make options but the way she worded it put a bad taste in my mouth and made me very nervous right before the wedding.
My nerves were right. The day of my wedding the bridesmaid bouquets showed up with peach/pink roses and some mum/daisy-like purple flowers that were wilted and crumbling by the time they got to me. I had asked specifically for purple roses. When my wedding planner called her to rectify the situation she told me that the picture I showed her of the original bouquets I showed her were “filtered” and “reminded” me the price I paid for them because of the small size. She also said she stuck the purple flowers in there to give me the purple I wanted. I wasn’t sure what the price/size had to do with it seeing as how she gave me a completely different array and color and flowers that what we had discussed. She had even required I create a pinterest board as inspiration so I wasn’t sure how this miscommunication came about.
Those same purple flowers showed up in my bridal bouquet two which I had asked for all white/cream and blush flowers with pale colors. Tears started welling up in my eyes and my makeup artist asked to put more roses into the bouquets and my wedding planner offered up the idea of taking out the mum flowers. My poor planner had to bring the bouquets back taking out an hour from the day and have her fix them to which she did, but my bouquet leaves had so many holes in them that my makeup artist was picking them out while we were taking photos because they looked so bad.
Im sure she has done some incredible work for other brides that ft more within her style but this was my personal experience.
