Kenya is AMAZING! I called three times and went to the store to buy a new dryer and she was extremely helpful, friendly, fast, and never became frustrated with my technological deficiencies. lol! I wish she worked at every store I go to! It was such a pleasant experience and a great deal to boot! I highly recommend this store and Kenya! Thank you again!

1st time buyers. Called & Melissa was very helpful with the online financial application. Once we were approved (yay!) We went right when they opened. Marion, the manager, was awesome! We described what we were looking for and was on point. We were able to get a brand new refrigerator for less than what we expected and a better model than what we were looking at. Great furniture and appliances , affordable prices and awesome staff! This will be the first place we'll shop going forward!

A quick Google search popped up with American freight along with the standard big box stores for alarge appliance purchase. Zachary greeted me when I arrived and helped me along the way. He wasn't pushy, answered my questions, sold me on the extended warranty and made the process smooth. Very pleased with the customer service so far, so hopefully the unit works great!

Zachary helped me find the exact loveseat I seen on their website. I got torn between the loveseat and sofa but showed him my apt floor plan and how I wanted the most space.

Their delivery driver Tim also helped me decide...he's hilarious 🤣

So I decided on the loveseat and got scheduled for delivery this weekend! Definitely will be back for any other furniture needs!

Kenya J. did a great job assisting us with purchasing our new refrigerator. She was helpful with our choice and offered us the use of a measuring tape to assist us with our choice.

I just came to American Freight for the first time and was helped out by Julio. Just the thought of mattress shopping stresses me out. In times past I have left stores empty handed because of pushy sales people and not feeling like I had adequate space to be left alone to test out the feel of the mattress- a major commitment. When I came in the store I was greeted with a warm welcome and then left to do my browsing without being bothered by having to tell anyone what i was “shopping for today”. Eventually Julio came over and checked in and i told him I needed a little more time and he was ever so polite in giving me space. Once I had by bearings I found him and he was incredibly helpful as well as knowledgeable about the qualities of the mattresses. I went with a natural elements mattress (which I’ve owned before and love) and tho some of the mattresses I was interested in were in the back, it was quick and easy for me to test them. I never felt rushed or pressured or put on the spot to talk about which one I liked more- a few of the negative things that I anticipate running into when mattress shopping! It was a dream and I feel confident that I picked the right mattresses and also at a great price point! Definitely don’t feel limited to the many options that they have out on the floor, there are even more to choose from if you do a little online research to know what models fit your price point and needs! Overall perfect experience and perfect service! Ask for Julio!

This place is an awesome spot to score appliances and home furnishings on the cheap! The staff is helpful. Our salesperson, Joe was knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Marion helped me out at the last second of the day with a washer return, got me out the door in ample time, and basically made it to where I didn't have to pay any extra for another nicer newer washer. COME HERE FOR YOUR APPLIANCES.

These guys are great! They went above and beyond to offer great customer service. We love our recliners and our love seat. Special shout out to Duan and Andre for going over and above in taking care of us.

Went in to buy a fridge and left with a fridge, patio furniture and tool box. Doug M was so helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He was not too pushy which I greatly appreciate. He helped us make the best choice on the fridge we chose and prices at Sears Outlet are so reasonable. The patio furniture and tool box were a better deal than I could find on Amazon! It was a great experience.
