This location is huge! Sales are great. The home decor aisles seem endless. They have an entire floor section devoted to sewing machines and offer classes at reasonable rates.

Has just about everything. Work the coupons right to get the best for you buck. Online, text, mail and sales. Got my wedding flowers and glass center pieces, beautiful.

I was most interested in the baking supply section. A unique mix of interesting items that generate ideas just by looking at them. I got a cake pan (best price in town). I usually get distracted and wander the aisles looking for inspiration but I was under the gun to finish a cooking project.

I love going to joanne for a skein or 2 of yarn to make my day. My daughter goes for all her goats milk soap products and crafts and they have seasonal items that are fun and useful for picnics, parties and gatherings with family.

I was able to find everything I needed to make a dramatic theater door. The staff was very helpful and willing to give advice whenever I asked.

The store was clean and bright. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about their inventory. They did not, however, carry the particular kind of angled knitting needles I was looking for. Of course, that didn't mean I left empty handed, because I can always find something I need at Joann's Fabric and Crafts! LOL

Very nice experience today. Store always clean and orderly, but cashier was wonderful. Very upbeat, smiling (yes I could tell, even with her mask). She made the closing to my shopping worthwhile.

It’s a mixed bag for me. I am deeply appreciative that Joann fabrics has so many choices and items on hand, but some of them can be a little pricey as well. Some of the staff are not so friendly and some of them are fantastic. I think it relates to life in a lot of ways lol. I’m glad it’s here but bring coupons when you can. Okay

Friendly staff at the Frederick location. This location has a great selection of fabrics, yarns, and paints. I especially love the new line of yarn that Joann's has produced--it's affordable and a better quality acrylic yarn than most. They also have great deals on seasonal home decor and florals. Highly recommend this location for all your craft needs in Frederick.

As a 27 year old dude, I can’t really tell you when was the last time I came into this store. As I kid I think I did. But when I decided to volunteer to make a piñata, here I am.

First off I didn’t want to ask for help. Everyone looked busy. After all it’s an August Saturday afternoon. After breaking down and asking for help with my list. I got help from the store manager unbeknownst to me at the time. She was extremely helpful and kind. She looked busy, and I could tell. But even so, I was cordially helped.

I walked to the register and was told that I looked like I was lost. She was completely right and subsequently told me that the lady who had helped me was the store manager. She helped me with my purchase and even gave me a coupon when she didn’t have to. Her response? “For the customer.”

Wow!

If I can give them more business. I sure as hell will. I was absolutely taken back at how kind they were. And super helpful. Even on a busy day.

Huge store...clean and well organized...each section is marked with a sign hanging overhead...which makes it easy to see. Staff is very friendly

Very impressed with the variety and quality of fabric and product available at reasonable prices. Fabric cutting table was orderly and quick. Ladies at the sewing machine center were also helpful and friendly. Checkout was completed in a timely manner as well. Can't wait to go back!!
