I came here to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and Dr. Niven Tien is an incredibly caring and experienced oral surgeon. The procedure was done with great care, ensuring my comfort and providing thorough consultation. The office staff are also friendly and polite. Even after the procedure, when I experienced some pain, they were able to see me asap. They truly prioritize their patients’ well-being. I highly recommend this place, especially Dr. Tien, who is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and attentive to his patients’ needs.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable., patient, thorough, clean environment, latest medical equipments, timely waiting, timely appointment, affordable fees, accepts most dental insurances, also follows CDC Covid guidelines. Very awesome Dental Company.

I usually go to the other Bright Now office but when I needed an emergency filling replaced (old one somehow fell out) the doctor there wasn’t available. Erin at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind and was able to fit me in the next day. Dr Patel was very friendly and assessed and completed the filling and I didn’t even feel a thing.

Definitely considering to change my care to this office!

I was having some challenges with Bright Now, but I can say my experience yesterday was much improved. I’ve always liked my dental hygienist, but the doctor was awesome and I will return.

I took my daughter for an ortho consultation. This was our fourth consultation with different area orthodontists.Dr Blackmon was fabulous!! He has a great personality and is able to relate to teens. He is experienced and knows his stuff. Very professional, courteous man.

Office staff was friendly and explained ortho costs and when insurance got in touch with them to go over coverages, even the insurance representative mentioned how friendly and helpful the office staff is.

Amazing when I had my wisdom teeth out. I was informed about the whole procedure and felt at ease about everything. Everyone had a wonderful sense of humor. All of the hygienists were so nice as well and made me feel relaxed about the procedure. All the costs are explained up front which I appreciated as well. I was also detailed in about my healing process and how to move forwardwithfoods and medications. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to the TJ drive office for years and had great service. I’ve always had a fear of dentists ever since I was a kid. I just had a tooth pulled yesterday and I was coached and comforted constantly during the procedure. I felt like an all-star who made the touchdown! Today there is no swelling and I don’t even have to use the pain meds. An excellent organization with top notch service!

The most positive experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! Even as a child I’ve never had a good experience. So coming here after 4 years of not seeing a dentist was nerve racking. However, everyone I came in contact with was positive, friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very nice and quick check in. The oral hygienist was very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The doctor was AMAZING! Explained everything thoroughly and often asked if I had any questions. He really listened to me and my concerns and addressed them. Will definitely come back in 6 months!

The surgeon, Dr. Tien, has top-notch bedside manner, very thorough, and an excellent sense of humor. My extraction was completed in less than 10 minutes, and it only cost 180.00. They are definitely a keeper!....why look elsewhere?

I was very satisfied during my wisdom teeth removal. I am a very nervous patient and they treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable during the process. I came into my appointment and had some payment issues, and they did everything they could to help me find the best way to pay for the procedure. They then still did my procedure the same day, even though I had caused some time delays. I’m thankful for all of their help throughout the long process.

Dr. Tien was fantastic. The assistants were amazing. I was expecting trauma and got reassurance, gentle care and felt seen and heard. As perfect of an experience you can expect for having two teeth extracted. Thank you!!!!

My husband and I had our first appointments, which we requested to be back to back. Not only were they accommodating, we were able to sit-in on one another's sessions. Each of the staff were personable, genuinely friendly and provided high-quality customer service! Monica was such a treat that we requested her work schedule to ensure she'd be there for our follow-up appointments. This is the first time ever that I can say we are looking forward to our next dental appointments!
