Dr. Lorne Yasbin, DDS

Been going to Dental One for approx. 21 years. Hygienest Christy and manager Kim have been there just about as long and are part of the reason i keep going. Christy is an absolute joy and i enjoy catching up every 6 months with her on life events. Kim use to be one of the receptionist when i first started going, over the years we have become friends. Everyone is very nice and cordial and willing to help. I come from PA because I'm afraid another office just won't be as good/nice. Dr. Yasbin seems like a get in get out type of guy. But once you get to know him, he is very sweet and willing to work with you and your budget. I really could go on and on. They have been more than accommodating to me and are an amazing group!

Dr.Yasbin and his awesome front office crew work wonders. Now in the back landace an there back office team is pretty sweet too. Ive been going here since i was a child(COLLIN).

Everyone one was very nice an worked great together to get me in an out quick! Dr yasbin, jen, and landis have helped me everytime an are great people as are everyone else that works there. Thanks!

This is ridiculous! I have been a patient of Dentist Yorne since 2015. I have made my appointments, I have payed all of my bills (which were plenty) ... I had what I thought was a reasonably good relationship with this office. Even the rude staff...
Then I got a partial ... 5 years ago! The thing was huge and never fit my mouth. I kept telling him (over the next 4 years) that it was very painful, cutting my lower jaw everyday, that it didn't fit correctly. He tried to "skin" it cut it back but it never fit and always hit.. finally it was just too loose to wear at all. Went back in to explain.. Doctor Yorne assured me he was going to make me another one that fit . That's the last thing he said to me a month ago.
Do today I call them to ask status of the new partial. Nothing... they said he would call me back. So I called again... this time they told me THEY HAD MADE THE PARTIAL (the one I can't use) AND THAT TGET COULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME!! Are you kidding me?? I just spent 5k in this n now I can't use it and they won't help me... my money is gone and I don't have a partial.. ! Unbelievable...
DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST and DO NOT DEAL WITH someone named "Heather@ who was absolutely horrible , unprofessional? And very very rude .
I can't wait to find another dentist .. n I'm taking him to court !

My experience with Dr Yasbin and his office a key in 2010 was horrible. His staff was surly and rude and had he had a horribly Judge mental attitude.. I finally went to Acadia Dental who took care of me with compassion and professionalism.
