This is my fourth visit at Gilbert Dental. There is no words to describe Dr. Sona Butt and her whole office staff it is just simply wonderful and caring. Dr. Sona is amazing and a very skilled and generous Dentist. I rarely have experienced this high level of quality of service like I have with Dr. Sona Butt and her staff. Thanks for everything.

Gilbart is a great Dental office, and Dr. Sana is amazing. The office staff is friendly and helpful making checking-in and out easy. Dr. Sana is friendly and compassionate. From the moment she walked into the examination room with her warm greeting, she makes you feel at ease. She explains every step as she does it, putting you at ease. At 61 years old I can honesty say this is the best dental office I’ve ever visited.

A list of things that are great, in no particular order:
A friendly, quick, kind and well organized front desk.Sometimes able to text for appointments etc.
Easy to get an appointment quickly.
Calm and nice feng shui (aka decorations). You can't help but notice it. Maybe it makes you even feel calm.
Friendly doctors and assistants that communicate well that have great chair-side manners, take the time to explain everything, detail orientated, kind etc.
Good followup care available if needed.

My husband and I have been long-term patients of Dr. Gilbart, always appreciating her thorough and precise approach to dentistry. I recall an occasion when Dr. Lucy Gilbart began to fit a crown on my upper left premolar. There was a considerable gap between this tooth and my first molar, which led to food particles getting stuck after every meal. Even after the first crown, I noticed food still getting trapped. Dr. Lucy Gilbart attentively and carefully refitted the crown with great care. She was incredibly gentle with my gums and teeth, ensuring the temporary crown was comfortable. She also handled my husband's dental issues professionally. We are confident that our treatment plan is both practical and designed with my best interests in mind.
Dr. Gilbart exudes friendliness and patience, showcasing her professionalism at every turn. Her wonderful staff and the inviting ambiance of their office contribute to a very comforting experience. In short, Dr. Lucy Gilbart and her team delivered the best dental experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Gilbart Dental Care.

I visited four dental practices before Gilbart Dental. I waited a month and half for an appointment to see it rescheduled 4 times. When I call Gilbart Dental, I was shocked to have an appointment in three days. The front desk gives you warm and friendly welcome in a straight forward process with a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes wait time depending on when you complete the intake paperwork. The technicians and the dentist are very human, they treat you with respect and dignity. They clearly explain everything they're doing. Dr. Sana, is very nice, professional and connect very well with her patient. For a first visit with her, you can tell that she knows and loves her profession. Gilbart Dental is affordable, they don't brake your piggy Bank. I received VIP treatment at Gilbart Dental. I will definitely recommend Gilbart Dental and specially Dr. Sana.

First visit for emergency appointment. Waiting room is very nice. Staff at the front desk were so kind. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. But the real star was Dr. Lucy. She explained everything that she was doing. I'm scared to death of dentists but not this time. Dr. Lucy showed compassion and was so gentle. I'm thoroughly impressed by the whole office. They act like a family. I'm so pleased. Thank you for everything. I'll miss my dentist of 20 years. But I'm so happy to be a new patient with this outstanding dental practice.

They have patience and are so nice! I used to be scared of dentist and now because Dr. Sana Butt is amazing I don’t mind coming in for fillings. She also removed my tooth gem :D They made sure to make me feel at ease and comfortable by communicating.

I hate going to the dentist! Period. My dentist was super nice and very caring. It has to be hard looking in mouths all day long and still being empathetic to your patients, but she was very compassionate. I did not at any time feel like just another set of teeth. I felt like she was taking care of me and my teeth just happened to be her speciality 😊.

Everyone is super friendly! Each visit has been positive! Dr Sana and her staff explain what to expect during your procedure.

I love the hygienist Vanessa that you had working. She was great and as always, the doctor was fantastic.

Today I went for my 2nd visit, the hygienist, the lady that did my X-ray, everyone was AWESOME couldn’t have ask for a wonderful experience.

The dental staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the services I needed. The doctor was thorough in providing a detail plan to resolve my dental issues. She answered all questions in a clear and understanding way. Waiting time is very short from the time you enter the office to being called in the back for service. I truly appreciate the staff's professionalism, courtesy, and gentleness in providing services.
