Just love the food and always really good and hot . And the milkshakes are awesome 👍😎

Food was hot and even for our big order there wasn't a long wait.

Well, if you eat here as often as I do, then you already know that some evenings both drive thru lines will be backed up through the parking lot. They seem to be quick in getting you taken care of regardless of how busy they may be. And of course I can't forget to mention they are famous for the 45 different milkshakes they have to choose from. My favorite is Peanut Butter with Banana, with hot fudge! The food has always been great, and I'll definitely be back with friends or family, maybe both. Definitely recommended for everyone to try if you want to eat something better than McDonald's or Burger King. No offense, I still eat there also, but not very often.

Stoped at Cookout in Newton and the kid was friendly and nice and food came quickly but the grilled chicken was Very Small and the Spicy chicken was even smalled def not what it used to be.

It was so great to receive our order with no mistakes, perfect temperature, and pleasant service from the drive thru staff. I hope we always have this experience!

Love this cookout! They go above and beyond and are so nice to their customers. Food tastes so good!

Its usually a pretty good stop by comparison & expectation

Burgers are usually a little warmer than the other nearby conover burger places with the orange OR yellow logos; but dont come here looking for a hot burger straight off the grill.

Fries - REALLY GOOD !

I especially like their OPTIONAL Cajun french fry Seasoning (dont forget to ask for it)

Ive always found cook out to be a little challenging to order from. Its almost as though YOU have to learn the cookout language to order from the menu.

My niece wanted a cheerwine float so off to Cookout. I got a pineapple shake. So delicious! The shake was ice cold and huge chunks of pineapple. Refreshing and reasonably priced. They have a variety of flavors. We look forward to trying other flavors.

We frequently have a large order to feed the in-laws from here and they've always had it made fast and correctly. I love that people are too stupid to realize you can use the left lane, so it is much easier to get in and out of.

Corn dogs and onion rings are so good.

North Carolina's state restaurant. Enough said. But there's more... Great process, great burgers (try the old west style with cheese! Yum,) and a slew of real ice cream milk shakes. One of the best things about NC!

This was a nice setup. The service was great and the people working there were very nice. The food was delicious and we had a big order. Great place to visit.

Came to this location as the location on 127 was rude and was yelling at us for simply existing at the window waiting our turn. This location however people were amazing they smiled they didn't yell at us. Our order was taken in a timely manner we got our food quickly and it was correct ohyeah and nobody yelled at us

For the most part its always fine

Great food at good prices. They have a wide variety of options for everyone so nobody is left without a choice. The burgers taste just like what you would make at home, very good. 10/10.

My husband and I had a milkshake. The milkshakes are there best every time. Cook-Out will not disappoint in the milkshakes and the food is awesome! I don't get to go to eat at Cook Out a lot but never had a bad experience. I'll go back again.

Drive thru is a little slow but has good service, the bbq sandwich beats most bbq restaurants in the area. Love the milkshakes too. Highly recommend peanut butter banana.

If you can't find something good to eat on their menu then you're to picky for you to be going out to eat,lol! I can't think of one time that I was dissatisfied with my order and the amount of flavors that you can get a milkshake in and customize just blows my mind and they're all good!

Has to be the best fast food burger 🍔 joint
