Super friendly staff. Haley was so informative about everything that i had questions about. Lots of different size storage buildings. Very competitive pricing on all the units. I definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone that is in need of extra storage. Under new ownership and the new owners didn't disappoint me with the selection of storage units. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Best customer service i have received in a long time. Give them a call, you won't regret your decision to choose them for a storage unit.

Jacquelyn has been amazing, very kind and patient. She made sure all of my questions were answered, that my account was documented correctly. She has gone above and beyond for me, she has made my first time experience renting a storage unit very easy and stress free. I am very happy that SHE was the representative who answered my call.

She quickly showed me around and we found a unit to fit my needs. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as I’ve never had to have storage before. I couldn’t be more pleased. Hands down the best service our family has ever received from a storage company. The site manager, JR, "does it all" and with an amazing attitude. He is always on-site helping customers, so if you call and he doesn't answer...just leave him a detailed message and he always calls back in a timely manner. We had to close out our storage unit on a quick deadline and JR made it happen so we could avoid paying for an extra 30 days for an empty unit. :D

Jacquelyn is a great manager and looks after the units and keeps you well informed. I've rented here for 10 years!

I had my unit for 2 yrs. It's a Great place, nice ,friendly staff and great location easy to get too. I would recommend first USA storage to other customers.

I was looking for storage that was just my size and reasonable price. They have times where they run specials,,, and I just happen to be at the right time. The manager is courteous and friendly. It looks to be a clean units. I would recommend anyone to go there to rent. And the locks are so cool. They can't be broken into. They even offer homeowners insurance for reasonable price. They definitely want to help you keep your belonging safe. They offer that if,, you don't have the insurance. So easy access on hwy. 70 in Newton ,NC.

I have been customer for several years and have been extremely satisfied with the service and cleanliness of facility. Jacquelyn has gone above and beyond in helping me with suggestions.
