Fernando was amazing and so patient and so helpful. I needed to replace some rare screws on a vehicle. And we were able to find something comparable in durable. Thank you so much! Also, great location!!

It is a wonderful little store. It seems to have plenty of everything I have needed other than lumber. It's got lots of great gift items which makes it a fun shopping experience.
The prices seem to be in line with the larger hardware stores.
The employees are very helpful.
At the end of each season they put their decorative items on sale.

Spoke to them about tool box locks and he said they don't sell crafsman tool box locks but said he had other locks that might work. After talking to Lowes hardware they told me they couldn't help me and had no answers for me. I will go to Ace for help. The person on the phone was very helpful not like the night hardware stores. I want to thank them for their help.i

Love five oaks hardware and their grand selection of bolts nuts and screws! They also have lots of other niche stuff I don't understand but for how small the store is they find a way to pack if full but not have it feel cluttered.

Ace is the place with the friendly hardware folk !!!!! This location is the best place for a 1 stop shop from random knickknacks (didn’t expect them to have that) all the way to power washers and lawns mowers with friendly staff 10/10 would recommend. These stores are independently owned and the owner has done a great job and it’s definitely a better vibe then a dusty Home Depot

Greeted at the door. Didn't direct me to requested products, but escorted me, & assisted in search for what took me Ace..helpful & friendly...

I LOVE this store! They were doing a bucket challenge today—100% of proceeds went to a charity (believe it was Children’s Miracle Network). Employees are always friendly and helpful. I really enjoy looking at all of the neat things they have to offer. Very happy to have a neighborhood hardware store.

This hardware store is a gem. I was so surprised to find it on Thousand Oaks. I had a honey do on my list to buy some Pellets for my grill so I turned around after seeing the store. I didn’t have time to walk around the whole store but from what I did see it was a very nice store. The employees were all very nice and helpful upon walking in. I will definitely be going back and if this review helps you. You should definitely go too.

I like shopping at ACE Hardware
when they have holiday sales because you can find some good deals, but this store is the exception. I drove a short distance to this store to purchase a sale item, and of course, it was out of stock. The manager said that the truck would be in the next day during the morning. I went back the next day mid-morning, and the truck hadn't arrived. The manager claimed the truck would arrive in the afternoon. Went back that evening, but there is still no product. Out of curiosity, I went back to the store the next day. They had plenty of products, but it was no longer on sale.

I like this store because it is newer and located within a reasonable distance from my home. The prices are a little higher than the big box stores, but they do carry some unique products.

Update: On July 4th, I visited the store to pick up an online order as previously suggested by the owner. I met John, who I believe is the owner, and he is a really nice guy. He even took my order out to my truck. Great customer service! I also appreciated that they were serving hot dogs to the customers in celebration of the holiday.

Ok. These are some friendly folks! I was just looking for a mesh screen for my bay doors. They looked it up for me, advised they could order it and have it shipped. They gave me coupons. Told me I should come back next Saturday cuz they'll have popcorn. I'm thinking I just might show up just to be around their happy.

Amazing selection for a smaller hardware store, locally owned and run with great friendly staff and service, such a better option than the faceless Big Box stores who aren't ready to help!

Not only can you find any thing you need at this hardware store but the staff go above and beyond to help. Definitely my go to hardware store.
