Jennifer the new employee and her Manager - the new Manager were both Awesome!. It was very late at night and I had some questions about some of the products and Jennifer was very sweet, soft voice, nice smile and very knowledgeable about the products. From now on; this will be my Go To CVS. :)

This CVS has been my go to for 30yrs
I feel that everyone has been nice and helpful. The Pharmacy folks do their jobs no slack and are pleasant but sometimes they are extremely busy, and we need to realize everything is not about us. Also everyone has bad days.
The new store Manager has a great
attitude. She’s present and positive which is new to me, and helpful.

Hi..hope this works..want someone to know how VERY grateful I am w all the on going help I Always receive when I come into store, I do ALOT of printing photos from cell to CVS. The 2 women in particular, who have helped me over& over again w the prints & machines are Michelle & Victoria. They have each shown me amazing patience w my repeated questions, skill and and courteous caring towards me and each person they encounter. THEY are a big reason why I keep returning .. others in my family come to you, & I've often recommended friends to you. Thank you to Michelle and Victoria. Kathleen Clark

Donna is amazing! I've been going to this store for over 10 years and I've never seen a manager take as much interest as she does! She takes the time to look for things that I cannot locate and make sure to make my shopping easier and convenient

Just wanted to leave a quick note regarding the service I received by Donna! I came in in the morning, there were about 3-4 people ahead of me.. she greeted every customer with such a warm and friendly tone and was very patient with everyone even after mentioning she worked the night shift before! I wish I had it in me to be that kind after working a night shift! She was absolutely wonderful and I hope you give her a raise!! She deserves it!!

On 12/15/23 I had an outstanding customer experience with an amazing employee name Patrick at your local CVS on Jones Maltsburger and Thousand Oaks location in San Antonio, Texas.

Patrick is super helpful and friendly. He goes the extra mile to help me out as a customer. It has been several times where Patrick goes above and beyond for me as a customer. He truly needs to be recognized for his incredible customer service. I enjoyed stopping by the store otw to work and shop for last minute purchases for work. Patrick always seems willing and able to help me locate items and if not will figure out alternatives for my purchases. Please recognize Patrick for his hard work and exceptional customer.

My neighborhood CVS is the best. The pharmacy and store employees are always great!

This place is super friendly and knowledgeable for such a busy location. I overheard the Jamaican woman pharmacist joking with one on the regular customers and just felt like I was in a small town pharmacy like the one I grew up with. The only reason this location could get a bad rating is that people are bitter and impatient. I use to go to the medical drive location by the hospital and they never were this attentive and knowledgeable plus friendly. What else could you want from a big city pharmacy!

New years day, 9pm...all pharmacies had closed at 6pm. We drove 30 miles to this one in desperate need of an antibiotic and were prepared for the worst service ever based on the reviews. The woman that helped me was very pleasant. I am uninsured and she got me a discount on my meds...all with great customer service and a smile! Also, the wait was no longer than any other big box pharmacy. Thanks for being open when I needed ya most! Happy New Year!

Though it was the first time I use this medication I did not get any information on the use of the medication. I had to send my doctor a message to tell me what the side effects would be with this medication. The rest of the items was great the pharmacist was courteous and helped me to the best he could.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Ali in the pharmacy was very helpful. The employees in the pharmacy have been so much more accommodating and a joy to deal with compared to Walgreens

I just started shopping at this location. Thank goodness for the new Manager Donna and employee Ida.. They treated me with lots of care and understanding with my questions on some products I wanted to buy. Their customer service was Top of the Line. Wish all stores would use this location as an example to other locations. This will definitely be my go to store. They both made me feel like I was a new family member of CVS. I give this store 5 stars.

just got my prescription today and was curious when it'd be ready after a couple hours i called and it was ready same day!
showed up with almost no wait just one person in front of me.

I haven’t had any issues with this CVS location. I pick up my prescriptions seamlessly and I have started printing photos here too! There photo section is faster than Walmart. Walmart employees take forever to help you with anything. The CVS employees are usually pretty friendly and helpful. My husband and I will continue to shop here.

My son has a fever so I pulled up to the drive through which says I can buy OTC medicine and I asked for the Tylenol, the pharmacist who was working the night shift of the 27th, told me she couldn’t get it, she seemed irritated that I even had the nerve to ask, she said it’s only for the daytime because she’s by herself. Well I’m by myself and I didn’t want to bring my son into the store with a fever. However she did get someone from up front to help me. Thank you Joseph for your help, I was almost in tears because I didn’t know how I was going to get more Tylenol without bringing my son inside.

We used to get my husband's medicine at HEB and that was quite the hassle. I finally convinced him to switch to CVS where I got my stuff, and it's like night and day. Everything's on time and correct and they even point possible problems (he was taking a duplicate that no one had picked up on). The staff is great, so I don't know why people are having a hard time (the other reviews). They're overworked, for sure. Maybe you just have to be more patient and nicer. It works!

I really just utilize the pharmacy but really like their staff. They always seem to remember you and take the time to make sure you understand how to take the meds, when to and what they don’t do well with even though it’s on the info packet they make sure you are educated. I like that when I go through the drive through they give my dog treats :) nice touch

I really appreciate Michelle and Joey helping me out today. They both were able to answer questions while being reassuring and compassionate.
