Dr.Shore is hands down the best doctor in Dallas...he's patient,kind,smart, personable & every thing you want in a doctor.I Have been with Dr Shore since 2001. Highly! Highly! recommend Dr.Shore.🙂

Disorganized office, so so doctor

If I could give them zero star , I would. They said it's ok to make an appointment at 2:30 p for my physical and it's ok that I can't be fasting till 3 pm. So they scheduled my physical for 2:30 then they scheduled my blood test for the next week. They said they will bill my blood test at the same date of my physical appointment and of course never did. They billed me for my blood test and I had to pay it just because they stole my money and my rights of having a free physical exam and blood test. They just lie to you to get you in that office and charge you no matter what.

This office is the most unorganized medical professional office I have ever dealt with. Constant miscommunication, run around on booking appointments, medical coding mishaps, and wrong prescriptions being called in. If you value consise, efficient communication do NOT visit USMD!

My dad just had major surgery and had to come to you his primary care doctor so he could get a walker and a shower bench. 2 weeks later and you still have not put through the paperwork. On top of that you have no direct phone to your office, only an answering service. You are one piss poor excuse of a doctor.
