First off, I don’t think anyone will ever have better customer service anywhere. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

When we walked in we were greeted by Stacy. She explained the store layout and where we could find items in my kids age range. We worked with another team member to pick out some gifts for my kiddo. Let me tell you. The whole team here KNOWS their inventory. They know what’s in the boxes of the toys, what the toys can do, how they are made, where items are, if your kid likes certain toys what are similar or what else they may like, etc. You can try items you’re hesitant about.

We had an in depth discussion about my child’s throwing and how certain toys I was looking at would hold up and he suggested a couple others that would hold up better or were more or less made to be thrown/kicked.

Second, this store is nothing short of amazing. They have the best selection you’ll find anywhere. Reasonably priced. It is so easy to find items and if you need help finding the perfect toy or learning tool they are right there to help.

I can’t wait to go back. I can’t wait to bring my kiddo. I am so beyond thrilled that someone recommended this store.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here! Alexander was very welcoming and introduced us to the store layout. We were looking for some specific fidget toys (like needoh) that were out of stock with online vendors - we found everything we wanted and more here.

Being able to actually see, feel, and smell products before buying is a plus. We will be coming back again!

Best place EVER for sensory toys, needed items such as weighted blankets and stuffed animals. I cannot possibly cover the vast array of items, but I got a soft necklace that spectrum kids chew on instead of their shirt! Another Mom was there and needed something similar for her sons wrist where he was biting himself! Kid loved it!! Stacy is a gem and beautifully wrapped my grandsons gifts for free! I found toys he will love that will not hurt him!! Some of the employees are on the spectrum, and that was priceless, getting their advice! I can't wait to go back!! Thank you, Stacy and Juniper!! I had the most amazing experience at Stacy’s Sensory Solutions! My home state of Idaho doesn’t have anything close to this. The store is cozy but every inch is packed with sensory items. Alexander made some great recommendations after I explained what I was looking for for my 4 year old with autism and a great many sensory needs. Stacy topped it off with a few more suggestions. They were kind and understanding in helping me find a variety of solutions for my daughter. Stacy and Alexander boxed everything up and shipped it to Idaho for me. My daughter was so excited for the floor panel and chewy necklace’s. Almost everything in the store can be tried out before you buy. I was most impressed with the items that they make themselves. I will definitely be ordering from the website next time we need a unique item to satisfy a very picky child. Thank you so much for the great experience!

I LOVE this place! I've gotten many lovely tools and toys that I use and enjoy everyday! I purchased a custom weighted and textured lap pad that I use for school, treatment, and anxiety, and it has really made a significant difference! I absolutely love the staff, who are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. If you haven't visited, I really suggest making a trip to go to this amazing small business! <3

I called all the way from Abilene, Tx and was helped by Stacy. Her customer service skills are top notch. She helped place an order for a weighted vest for my daughter. She recommended a size different than what I thought was needed. I am so glad she did because we received it in the mail today and it fits my daughter perfectly! Thank you Stacy!

This is one of our favorite places to visit when we are in the Plano area. We stop in every few months to check out things.

You are able to try everything in the store! I bring my kids and give them a budget. They love coming here and spend a long time trying everything and making decisions! The displays are organized by type and price making it easier for them to narrow things down.

Last time we came, we were looking for an unbreakable fidget and came home with a few durable but still squishy options. The staff were patient and helpful.

There's even a "what's new" section which is perfect to start at for us before diving into the other things we might have seen already.

Stacy provided a training session for all of our preschool teachers that was impactful and incredibly useful! We already feel better equipped to meet the needs of our students who struggle with sensory processing issues and she also pointed us in the right direction to continue to grow and learn more! Highly recommend Stacy and her whole team!

My girls are obsessed with anything that gets sent from here! We just received the sensory packs and they have not put them down since receiving it! 10 stars!! You guys are spot on EVERY SINGLE TIME we order. Also, I didn’t leave review last time. Easter stuff—was wrapped so delicately and beautifully. Ugh I can’t say enough!

Cool sensory products. Although this place is within my budget it can be pricey for others. If your child has Amerigroup Medicaid they will issue you a voucher up to $75 to purchase items from Stacy’s Sensory Solutions. I definitely recommend this business.

The prices are a little high but they’re worth the money.I had questions about a product that I wanted custom-made and Stacy emailed me back right away. This sensory store is phenomenal! I was not expecting it at all. First, it doesn't look like a typical store bc of it's location, but it definitely is! And it is much larger inside than it seems.

If you need ANY sensory products, this is your place. There were soo many items I didn't even know existed. My daughter is on the ASD and absolutely loves coming here. We spent a long time looking through everything. They have testers of most products out, so you are able to feel them before you purchase. There is a cute little sitting area as well.

The woman working there was so kind, patient, and helpful. Since we were there for quite a while, she really took the time to answer all of our questions, and helped us discover some new things. It is also very fairly priced. A lot of sensory specific stores can be quite pricey. But Stacy's doesn't hike the cost up like that, which is so appreciated! We'll definitely be getting our special items from here for now on.

We recently ordered a weighted blanket for our daughter. I was impressed on how quickly it arrived and how carefully it was packaged. The blanket that we received was high quality and came signed by the person who crafted it which was a very nice touch. Will definitely order again as they have a big assortment of sensory products.

I have been a client of Stacy's for years. My son has very few interests and it has always been near impossible to find things he will enjoy. Stacy is my FIRST call for gifts for him and he absolutely loves her weighted blankets and has delighted in so many of her products! Stacy's enthusiasm and energy combined with her ideas and resourcefulness makes buying gifts for him pleasurable! She has strategized on many problems with me and has delivered solutions way outside of the box. Go to her store, you won't believe the resources she has...you can touch/feel/explore the products and really get a sense of whether or not they'd work for your child. Stacy has bent over backwards for me and I'm really grateful to have her in my arsenal. Oh, and my son is almost 19 and I'll be buying weighted blankets from her until she shuts down! And another OH!...my son's 18 lb. weighted blanket is 4 years old, it goes IN the washing machine, has been washed countless times and STILL looks excellent! The quality is truly remarkable and worth it!!
