Dr. Lago and her team are truly the best I’ve been to. My dog is older and whenever I call or come in with concerns about her they take care of the problem immediately. Dr. Lago is very knowledgeable, she makes me and my dog very comfortable and every issue we’ve been through regarding my dogs health, the Dr. and her team have taken care of it. I’m thankful to have found a vet that I can trust!

I have had the best experience at VCA Plano. The entire staff is always so welcoming and treats my dog like a family member. It's always easy to get an appointment and never have to wait to be seen. I really appreciate the care they provide!

VCA was exceptional with working us in, being patient with my anxious dog, and explaining everything to me in detail. Vet bills are expensive so it’s nice having a vet that’s willing to really talk you through it all and make sure you’re doing only what’s needed for your pet. Love this vet! Dr.Kit is ours and she’s been nothing short of amazing!

Today I got my puppy to VCA north plano animal hospital for his first checkup, Dr Watson is so nice and patient to our puppy, he also explained all the info regarding our puppy and lined out a vaccination plan for him. Also the nurse Valentina is so considerate in explaining all the details and teaching us how to deal with this small guy. We really appreciate their help and consideration!

From the doctors and technicians to the front desk staff, I have NEVER had a more consistently incredible experience. Not only are they patient and knowledgeable, they do truly care about you and your pets. I can't imagine taking my cats anywhere else ever again.

My little guy Alex was treated like he was the only dog in the neighborhood....the staff was so professional and caring....the office was pristine I definitely made the right choice when I made my appointment.
