Kroger

Always clean, good sales, friendly cashiers. I never have to wait for cold cuts or help at the bakery or meat departments. Staff are quick and helpful. Definitely my favorite grocery store.

This gas station is usually on point with the prices of gas quicker than the others around the area. The staff is pretty on point with keeping things in stock in my mornings and being nice to folks as far as I've sen. I don't know who this Kristina Patterson chick is, but I've had a wonderful time with Jason at the front. More like Karen Patterson to me, go to another kroger if this one ain't your forte.

Kroger has the best produce in the area. Trader’s Joe CANNOT compete with Kroger when it comes to produce and many other essentials. The customer service here is great and everyone is nice and helpful. Highly recommended to do your house shopping here.

Kroger has so many weekly coupons that I can get things cheaper than Walmart or Costco. And I love reduced-price food.

It’s a nice grocery store. Always has plenty in stock. Good fruits & veggies and a nice deli area. Clean store. It’s my go-to for groceries.

We not only frequent Kroger but we enjoy their staff. We don't know each other's names but they know when we come in and we really like that personal connection. Food selections are great and process usually beat the competition. Just a little confused on the new layout going in at the moment but sure it'll make sense in the end. 😋

As of January 2018, they are nearly finished w their renovation. It was much needed. I wish their floral was bigger, but the produce area looks beautiful now. The meat and seafood counter seems tiny (Tom Thumb looks nicer). I think they still offer the same items. Now the parking lot has reserved parking spaces for grocery pickup!

Our go-to grocery store chain except for some items (vegetables/fruit) to get from Sprouts. Smaller than the stand alone Kroger store on Coit Rd and Sam Rayburn (Hwy 121) Toll road. Staff helpful and courteous. We like Kroger for added benefit I getting discount on gas when you buy in store.UPDATE Jan 2018. Lots of remodeling going on. See photos.

Going to this Kroger is like taking a mini vacation. Each time I go in, a sense of serenity overtakes me, happiness fills my soul, and I breathe easier.

There are many reasons for these feelings. First of all, magically, the carts feel larger than other Krogers. They are spacious enough for all of your goods and they glide down the concrete flooring.

Then there’s the layout of this glorious place. You walk in and there is enough room to do your own little happy dance in the the bakery section.

It is organized beautifully with each section being an absolute delight, the selection of goods is more than you can ask for, it is always pristine, AND you’ll get many greetings from staff as you float by on a cloud of ecstasy.

After you finish gathering your loot, you head to the checkout and discover YOU DON’T HAVE TO UNLOAD YOUR CART. Let that sink in. It’s genius. You pull up right to the checkout, and the cashier scans your items right from your cart. Hello brilliance!! Why don’t other places do this?!? They even have extra carts so the reloading of groceries can begin WHILE the cashier scans. It is the perfect system!! If your cashier is Elaine say hello for me because she is just a doll!

People are so happy after experiencing this Kroger that the last time we stopped there, someone even returned our cart for us. Really, it’s like Pleasantville around this place.

There really is no need to shop anywhere else. This is not the closest Kroger to us, but we travel the extra distance to enjoy the stellar experience it provides.

I used Click List for the first time Saturday. My wife is undergoing health treatment and can not drive or can not get out of the house. She did all of her shopping and I went over to the Kroger store at 7100 Independence. Donna came out and was fantastic going through the substitutions and processes. She was fantastic!! Frank was so nice as he helped load into the car.

They both cared and were a pleasure to work with. Thank you Kroger for hireing 2 great employees, but also putting in a shopping service like ClickList. For families dealing with major health and time issues, this proffesional service is an answer to helping save time so people can focus on the important things.

Kudos to the Kroger night crew! I called the night crew last night and asked if they could put aside some cardboard boxes for me to pick up as I am moving to a new apartment this weekend. They told me I could come by at 8:00am and they would have the boxes ready for me. Sure enough, I show up at 8:00am and there's a pile of about 25 boxes already broken down for me on a trolley- with a note for me on top. Kroger has always had great customer service, but this was just awesome!! Thank you Kroger!

Great prices and variety of products!

I needed a medication for my daughter. The Kroger on Custer told me that it would be ready the next day. I came to this location and got the medication in less than 15mins. Great pharmacy with great customer service!

This is MY store. Love going here. Staff knows me and is so helpful. Fresh food, friendly help, GREAT prices, great pharmacy. Why would I need to go elsewhere?

This store has been recently remodeled and looks very nice. Kroger had great deals and carriesmost grocery items that I use routinely.

Very large and well designed store. Can find virtually anything you need. Staff is friendly and well trained. Competitive prices. Nicely landscaped outside also.

Since the completion of internal store renovation, things have settled and in place. It's easy, convenient and quick to check out your grocery at this location.

JR, Patrick and Steven are awesome at this Kroger. They in their various roles give exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location.
