Most drivers were very helpful & friendly but it's very expensive & only travels to Carolina Beach three times a day and only every three hours. Definitely not a good alternative to driving if your goal was to be green and/or budget.

This bus system is terrible. I been riding the bus for 7 months & its a daily struggle to use this bus system. The drivers speed, have road rage, talk on the phone & drive at rhe same time , like 30 lives are not in thier hands why do they have a bus schedule if the buses dont show up on time. Half the time i end uo getting a uber from the bus stop just to get to work. Iv been close in the door of the bus twice! I should sue the them.

Bus driver was so rude on the 202 at 10:50am on 12/23/2023 and just took my money and I couldn't even get a transfer. So when I went into the office to see what could've been done the man said that my driver should've came in with me. This has never happened to me the driver didnt even try to get me a transfer. They need some help badly and to hire people that aren't rude. I find it unbelievably the person that got on the bus before me got a transfer and was able to get onto his bus when I couldn't transfer onto mine but a kind person did help me out and the bus driver on the 108 right now at 11:30am on 12/23/2023 is nice.

The worst waste of tax dollars in town. Nothing on schedule....no schedule. No covered benches for the elderly or handicap. Routes to no where. No airport bus. Bus stops you stoll need an uber for. Try to use it for work.....you'll get fired. Really..make whoever made up these routes use them for a week straight

Why are the people that are suppose to be in charge so bloody rude! Went in today to apply for a disability rate pass to get told I'd probably be denied and it'd be 3 weeks before I hear anything. Then when I asked which bus to take to get home she gave me a whole bunch of attitude. I was as sweet as could be and polite the whole time. If you hate your job please quit. Stop making others miserable because you're a miserable person.

You'd think this bus system would have gotten better since the little update they did in July. No. No it hasn't. Sure the bus drivers can be friendly, but way too often do buses arrive early, late, or just don't show up. Tonight, on the last bus at 7pm, I was trying to get home. My bus driver stayed chatting to a man outside of the bus and we left late. I missed my transfer. I do not get to go home, after working a whole shift, until 11-12 tonight. Thank you.

The drivers are are rude and nasty and I don't understand why they keep it so hot on the buses it could be 60 degrees out side and they have the heat full blast and if you ask them to cut the heat down they ignore you but the driver window is cracked open and forget about cracking your windows there's always lock don't they know if you keep a closed up area hot and no fresh air it's a breeding ground for bacteria and viruses just because it's December that doesn't mean you to have the heat full blast especially when it's 60 degrees and all of your drivers need to go to a drivers school they take turns too fast I've actually saw a woman almost slipped out of her seat and they need to learn how to apply the brakes slowly but my main concern is the heat I almost threw up on bus because it was so hot

This is the saddest bus system I have ever seen in a supposedly established city. The hour running times are laughable, and most of your bus drivers give off the energy of not wanting to be here. Whoever your executive team is should be fired, and a new staff out in. You upped the prices and slashed the service. We know you don't want the poor and disenfranchised in your lovely city, and that is why you have made it harder for those who are in lower income brackets. We know you don't care!!! Just know, you better hope more people don't stop riding...you guys are on fumes anyway, from what we have been told.

Horrible I'm autistic and almost everyone is EXTREMELY RUDE they are extremely insensitive to people who have disabilities only 4 of them are actually nice the rest are rude, mean, insensitive and non caring it's extremely sad 😔 yes I can be rude at times but they are ruder then I am also NEVER EVER arrive on time always late it's extremely rude especially if you pay for a service and expect to be somewhere at that said time especially work it's extremely unfair

Hurricane Florence was a devastating storm, luckily most of Wilmington was no longer flooded by Tuesday September 18th. The fact that they are waiting til September 24th open is disappointing. Obviously some routes may still be impassable but they could have opened some since people without transportation were struggling so bad. Every other business made strives to help people in need except Wave transit. Since they are government employees they are still getting paid to sit at home until they decide to come back to work. They didn't even attempt to open their administrative offices so they could take calls and help inform people of what was happening. This obviously comes from the top down. The executives should be held accountable.

Buses may or may not show up. Terrible bus service. Several of the buses are in ill repair.

Homeless drug addicts litter the benches downtown, so paying customers have no where to sit while they wait for the bus. On top of that the homeless will harass you for change, knowing you have money in your pocket to pay for your fare. Needs to be cleaned up. Review will come down once situation is remedied.
