This company provides exceptional work, clear communication and great pricing. JPR Remodeling got our house ready to sell, fixed extensive damage at rental properties, remodeled our company offices and updated our new home. They made the process seamless and worry-free and their customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered. They demonstrated their expertise in everything we threw at them from electrical to drywall to tile and wood work. JPR exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds.

JPR Construction Services does an excellent job! Roman and Patryk hire top notch subs and are both regularly on site to make sure the jobs are being finished in a quality manner and to one's satisfaction. They communicate very well and keep you aware of all that is happening. They are reasonably priced. very trustworthy and great with follow through. If they say they will do something, they do it! We have used them twice on two very large home remodeling/repair projects and were extremely happy both times. Our home looks amazing!

We had a water leak in our master bathroom. We had initially contracted a different company that completely botched the job. We then had JPR come out and look at the damage. The father / son team were responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The crew they had working on the job did an amazing job and restored the bathroom so beautifully that you cannot tell that there was ever any damage. They offered a fair estimate and were able to keep the job on budget. They made sure to walk the site each day to ensure quality work and that we were happy. Great experience and they were such a pleasure to work with during this stressful time. I would definitely hire this company again!

JPR Construction Services were extremely capable in their construction, repairs and remodeling of our house, always responding to our requests without trying to sell us anything we did not need. The quality of their work was excellent. Our house was greatly improved with updated standards and style. We highly recommend this company - without hesitation.

We recently had JPR Construction Services come out to replace an electrical outlet. They were very responsive to our initial phone call and were able to come out quickly and replace the outlet.
We have had them do many projects, both large and small over the last 3 years. Every project has been done on time, handled professionally and communicated well all during the process.
We will use them in the future.

I used JPR construction on several properties in Texas. They always response right away and do perfect job whether it is a minor repair or major remodeling. They are honest, their prices are very reasonable and quality is outstanding. Every job is performed within the timeframe they specified. It is hard to find another company where people have such a great work ethics. I strongly recommend this company.

This past fall Sept-Oct JPR Construction did a remodel on my kitchen, which included new floor, reconstruction on one of the cabinets, new countertops, new backsplash and sink, painting all of the kitchen cabinets as well as additional small add-ons that I requested at the last minute. All of the work was impeccably completed. The crew did a fantastic job plus made sure to clean up when each phase was completed. The owner and manager came by to inspect the work after each job was done to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. The cost of the whole project plus add-ons was very reasonable. In addition to the kitchen project I also had them install a new floor in a hallway. Very Very happy with that project as well, cost was also very reasonable. I highly recommend JPR Construction for any type of project you might have. I plan to have them back for additional work that needs to be done to the outside of my house after the first of the year.

We needed help getting our home ready to go on the market and JPR was a lifesaver! They took our whole list and knocked it out in a day and a half. They replaced exterior rotten wood, touched up paint, replaced a door lock, re-set the toilet and a variety of other tasks at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend them!

We have employed them several times. With remodeling jobs, something unexpected always seems to happen. They are willing to work with us in such situations to get the project done and are very knowledgeable and polite, very nice to work with.

I was COMPLETELY overcharged on a couple projects. He quoted me a price oneday then came back and said it would be more work involved so the price went up. He didn't even do the second part of the project - but I had to pay him some of the money. He got someone else to do it and the guy didn't do all the extra work JPR said needed to be done. I asked and the guy said it wasn't required. I contacted JPR several times and father nor son would return my calls. The guy ended up doing a botch job. He came back to fix it and let's just say I will NEVER use neither of them again. Due to price gouging - which is illegal - and poor work that was noticeable to anyone with eyesight.

They started work without authorization to begin, and without providing a price quote. When the price quote was provided, it was outrageously high, so we had a discussion about the nickel and diming for the work (like $90 to install a toilet paper holder, and $350 in labor to replace a bath faucet). When we pushed back on the pricing, they got angry and made disparaging comments about myself and my wife, and walked off the job and sent an invoice (for work that was not authorized). Instead of arguing, we paid them to cut ties cleanly and only asked that they sign the appropriate Tax documents (W-9) and a release of lien so we could recover the insurance funds from the lender. Instead of signing the documents, they blocked our phone numbers. I will not be able to get the funds (~$22k) for the insurance until we sell the house as a result. The bright side is that we found a very competent, and professional contractor that bid the job (with some add'l items included) for nearly 35% less. We considered legal action, but opted to take the high road and not stoop to their level of childish tactics. I have no issues with the quality of their work, but not for the inflated price that was presented after they started the work. That's a bait and switch in my opinion. Proceed with caution and get everything in writing. Also get more than one estimate from another licensed contractor.
