The owner of this shop is knowledgeable, competent and extremely gracious. I keep going back for any issue I may have with the bike and his work is top notch. In this era of big brands’ monopoly of bike shops, this independent place is a breath of fresh air and a virtual oasis for fans of the sport.

I have repeatedly taken my bike into this shop for service and, every single time They have been very nice to me and, provided me with great customer service. The owners are very polite and nice to their customers. I highly recommend this store!

Stopped by with a front brake issue on my Aventon e-bike, and even though the owner didn’t think he would be able to service the zoom brake on the bike, he offered to take a look at it. He was able to bleed the air out and get the brake working again. Best bike shop in the Hill Country. Kelly is extremely meticulous and detailed with each and every bike he works on. His turnaround time is really fast. His pricing is super fair, especially when you consider the quality of his work. A bike needs to work properly to be safe and fast and I always know mine will work flawlessly after Kelly works on it.

We purchased my son’s bike as a birthday gift from this store, we had a great experience! So when my bearings went bad on my Trek Xcaliber8 - 29er I knew exactly where I was going to take it for service. It was actually the first time I’d taken it in for service since I purchased it in 2015. Just got back from a ride with my boys and this bike rides like new again!

These folks are great. Had a 3 wheel bike that I purchased for mom and needed some tires. They helped me match up tires and I was on my way. Great customer service and they are the only bike shop in this area performing service on bikes.

A little store that packs a punch. Wide spread of bikes, components, accessories & just perfect customer service. Reached out for a set of wheels, got the right recommendations, quick service & was out the door in no time. Smiling :)

I got caught in Boerne on a long ride with a flat and a malfunctioning CO2 inflator. Luckily I was just down the street from these guys and they kindly let me use their floor pump and filled up my water bottles. Top customer service. Will stop by again next time I'm in town.
