I recently started visiting Boerne Short Stop Convenience Store, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I have received. The lady named Veronica who works at the store is always friendly and provides exceptional service.

Whether I'm stopping in for a quick snack, a drink, or to fill up my gas tank, Veronica greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcomed. She is attentive to my needs and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I have a positive experience.

The store itself is clean and well-organized, and the atmosphere is inviting. I appreciate the wide selection of products available, which makes it convenient for me to pick up everything I need in one stop.

The customer service here is great

Since the remodeled a few months ago, this has become my favorite convenience store in Boerne. Super clean store and I have found their prices to be better than their competitors. Bathroom is always clean and smells good. The tea is always fresh and the staff is polite, quick and professional. I like seeing clean and uniformed employees.

Very clean and service is good

Decent place to stop for fuel and a quick snack. Not a huge selection of stuff, but locals stop here to avoid the crowds and tourists that plague H-E-B Fuel and south Boerne.

It's really sad that this location is run by a manager who is nothing more than a thief she allows her vendors to place advertising for items on sale but then refuses to change the price in the computer and when challenged on it and simply has her employees remove the sign no longer will I walk in the doors of this location as long as she is manager and that practice continues over $2 she has lost a almost daily customer but she bought herself $2 worth of advertising I bet the thief is proud

What good does a phone number do if no one answers??!! Or what good does a google search do when it finds the location but doesn’t have all info like hrs of operation??!! Pointless!! If your going to be on it then you have to be on it because today’s world everything is going online/electronic so if someone has to drive all the way to this location because of the type of gas but only to possibly find out it’s closed or heck maybe the pumps are down or they’re out of fuel. Uuuuhh oh yea the phone number that you call and no one ever answers!! Hire somebody just for that position then. Good LORD help us all, seriously.
