many restaurants recently opened this area! Almost like the Carrollton 99 ranch square. Parking floor is not well maintained, drive careful! Great seafood fresh fish , crab and LIVE frogs selection inside ztao . Hotpot is the hot spot now !

Be sure to check out Yin Tang, that’s the one not to miss, lots of flavor- great price! This is an older building but many restaurants are newer.

I love this shop mall, even though its changed alot over the years with alot of my favorite shops moving, now it seems like ita kind of Asian places but I'm a big fan of the asian culture and am ecstatic that we have such a cool spot next to the house, I am really interested in the king fu tea place, I'm going to check it out, I love hot teas and Chinese green tea is some of the best in the world, I noel have pictures of the double dees, but will add more some,

Lots of fun oriental shops and cafes. Wife and I ate hot pot for our anniversary. We took some time to visit the other stores in the area and found everywhere to busy with life. We will return if ever in thr area.

This shopping plaza has a good variety of restaurants and other businesses. I've only patronized Ojeda's, Z. Tao, the ramen place whose name I've forgotten, and Sweet Hut, and Park Liquor, but it's a fun strip to window shop and someday I may try some of the other restaurants.

Best place for Asian food and product shopping. Store is well organized and fully stocked. I know I will return. My only issue is it's distance from my home but worth the drive. I have absolutely no complaints.

Well now, I ain't never been one for shoppin' at them there strip malls, but I gotta say, the Park Pavilion Center sure changed my mind. I stumbled upon it whilst ridin' through the Dallas metro area, and let me tell ya, it was a real treat.

The Chinese-American businesses in this here center are the best I've seen in a long time. They had everything a cowboy like me could need, from tasty chinese vittles to all manner of trinkets and gadgets, hot coffee, and baked goods. And the prices were mighty reasonable too, if you ask me.

But the real reason I'm writin' this review is to give a shoutout to the folks runnin' the place. The place was clean and well maintained. I'll be sure to stop by again the next time I'm in the area.

So if you're ever passin' through Dallas and need a place to rest your feet and pick up a few supplies, I'd recommend moseyin' on over to the Park Pavilion Center. You won't be disappointed.

Love Ojedas restaurant and Dunkin Donuts at this shopping center.

Tons of fantastic restaurants to choose from and it's easier to find a parking spot mostly Asian Cuisine from all different regions so there is surely something you will like here. Also Dunkin Donuts has great iced coffee. There are two Banks on this corner as well. Not a big fan of Burger King but there is one there

Went to Natalie's Bakery, one of the few places they give eggless cupcakes.
My son absolutely loves their chocalate cup cakes. Fantastic.

Do not miss the baclava as well.

Very clean. Very neat. And well groomed. We are from Seagoville so it was quite a treat.

Lots of Asian food and most of them are delicious. Hope they can keep the plaza clean! Be better and be progressive please! We can do it better and be more responsible.

So many nice places here! You can do your grocery shopping, treat yourself to some boba or donuts after, visit the gaming cafe, and do SAT prep all in one go.

This shopping center has lots of parking and a very nice variety of exotic restaurants, as well as a very nice Asian supermarket. Lots to do here. The parking lot is well lit, and everything appears easily accessible.

Very cool area, lots of great food and dessert options with several available parking spots. Another business just opened which closes late past midnight, which is a rare and great sight for Plano.

Found this gem on the way back from doctors appt. Very clean, great variety of foods and even has places to buy food. The yogurt drink place inside was amazing.

A lot of new businesses in this center. After many years of slowdown this corner is hopping again and is full of diverse restaurants, etc with a little lean towards Asian.

Always seems busy in the evenings.
