This place has been in Plano for as long as I can remember and there's a reason for its staying power and incredible customer reviews over decades.

I didn't stop in to buy a watch, but rather am selling one online. I asked them if they had a nice little box I could buy from them for that purpose. They just gave me what they had on hand, no charge, and it's perfect for what I needed it for.

Nothing super fancy but it just shows how everyone who comes in their business is their guest, not just a customer.

They have some wonderful grandfather and old wall clocks, even some on consignment. Their prices on wrist watches are very competitive and they carry a good selection of popular brands.

I haven't used them for any repairs yet but definitely will in the future. They won me over with their helpfulness and friendly attitudes.

I highly recommend this place for any watch repairs, clocks, or even if you want to sell your gold or silver locally.

Hi, I just had an awesome experience in this store:I have a new lady Katy spade beautiful small watch and the battery need to be replaced, and I was suggested to visit this store by Battery and bulb store since the watch glass is very sensitive installed. I jumped in King Arthur today last 5mins before they closed. A very kind lady checked my watch carefully and open it successfully to replaced the battery! Another senior gentleman helped put the watch cover back successfully,I know it’s a small watch so must be very professional and patient,they did it great! In the last , they said this is not a big work and just want to charge 10usd, and Said no need pay at all when I have card only in hands. So I want to share my wonderful experience today with the lady and the gentlemen. It’s will be a small gift from my wife to her sister’s daughter.Thanks to them again,we will have a delightful time with our family from this watch!

I wanted to share my positive experience with King Arthur (KA) shop, where I recently purchased several watches and a lovely wall clock for my home. I find myself drawn to this store for a few reasons. Firstly, the staff knows me by name, which is a personal touch that seems rare these days. Secondly, their prices are quite competitive. Just the other day, they assisted me in finding a beautiful wristband for one of my watches, at a reasonable cost. In contrast, a previous shop I visited not only charged higher prices but also wanted to impose a 'special order' fee, a cost I didn't encounter at KA.

Now, I'm planning to take an Omega watch in need of repair to King Arthur. Another well-known jeweler had sent me to search for a specialized Omega service center. If you appreciate personalized service and reasonable cost, I highly recommend visiting King Arthur. You're sure to leave with a smile on your face! Cheers.

I stopped by Saturday afternoon to have my new watch band sized to my wrist. Eder completed the job while I waited for only a few minutes. Prompt courteous professional service at the most reasonable price I've ever seen. They come highly recommended, I'm a highly satisfied customer, and I will be back.

Ronnie helped my husband cut a ring off his finger that had become too tight. It was not easy to do this!! Ronnie was so helpful and friendly and worked at it until the ring was off. High marks for quick and friendly service!

They were very friendly and honest. Needed a new clock fixed and they took the time to inspect the clock thoroughly and quickly established the solution. Walked away 10 minutes later with my clock fully functional. Highly recommend King Arthur and especially Eder Hernandez!

Have used KArthur over the years. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
The work is done in a reasonable amount of time. They have steam cleaned and buffed both my rings and my husbands. They look like new after 46 years! We have had numerous jobs completed and will continue to use them.

Brought a clock in that I had tried twice to repair. The instructions on the replacement works seemed so easy but after two failed attempts I found King Arthur's. Relieved to know that it was doable. Good job.

They fix and repair all my stuffs , my wife's diamond ring was coming apart , they fixed with all new prongs ..

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I took a pocket watch in to have the back opened so I could figure out when it was made. Not only did they get it open they gave me quite a history lesson on pocket watches. This watch has been in my family almost a century.
