Rally House Addison

Excellent! They had all the Texas Rangers World Series memorabilia that I wanted.

The employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful without being too aggressive about it. The selection is, hands down, the BEST for any local team. I ended up getting a vintage reprint of a 94 Dallas Cowboys t-shirt and I always get a ton of compliments when I wear it!

The people at this store were very helpful, honest and nice. We had a good experience and I would shop here again.

Great experience at Rally House Addison. Was greeted at the door by Hallie and asked how she could help. She couldn't have been nicer to us and was so very helpful getting sizes for us and showing us new stuff. Will be back and there was a lot of quality merchandise to choose from. Thanks Hallie!!!

This is a great store! friendly efficient staff, neat clean store, & big selection! I luv all the Rally House locations! They have all the cool stuff at very reasonable prices!

I went in looking for Texas Tech tshirts and was pleasantly surprised to see a huge section that was fully stocked with shirts, jerseys, polos and everything else TTU related! It was right up front, but they also had other colleges and professional sports, but I wasn't looking for those specifically. Will be back, staff was very friendly too!!

I don’t know a thing about sports! I came to Rally House to shop for birthday gifts. After walking into this store and being greeted by Justin, who is the assistant manager I believe, that all changed! Justin answered all of my questions and gave me recommendations. I was able to finish my gift list for all of my sports fans in the family. I definitely recommend asking for Justin if anyone needs help or great customer service, because he is awesome!!

It was my first time at the store yesterday. I was blown away at the size of the store and the amazing selection. The store manager was super helpful and friendly too! She wrapped up our gift so nicely. Thanks for the amazing customer service!

This place has Everything you can think of or need for all of our Texas teams!! It’s a one stop shop!! Store is clean, organized, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Justin was my cashier, and he was very friendly, and helped me update my information for my email account!

I googled a place to find Big and Tall Dallas Stars shirt and it pulled up. Due to be in a hurry called asked them to pull the sizes I needed. Amanda was the person that helps me!!! She was so cheerful went out of her way had variety of shirts already pulled by the time I got there! They also had bag there to purchase so I didnt have to go any other place! Amanda made the gift look so cute with more than one color of tissue paper! <3

Justin and Jordyn do an amazing job running Rally House in Addison, TX. The store is beautifully organized, always super clean and inviting. The two of them always greet me with a smile, they're eager every time to provide excellent customer service (and they do!)..So helpful and such a fun place to shop at!

I usually go to the Rally House located off Alpha and the Tollway and was actually on my way there today to pick up some Baylor gear to support my niece on the A&T team (senior night is coming up) -- As I was getting ready to get on the tollway I remembered that I thought I saw a Rally house right next to where i live (beltline and montfort area) and decided to check out my memory and I was right there was a Rally House right there next to Ulta, DSW, Best Buy, etc. I don't have to rave about how amazing this store is and everyone in there, especially today (Serlinda & Amanda) :-) as anyone who had been to the Alpha/Tollway store knows how awesome it was. What suprised me was the fact that if you google Rally House - the previous store off Alpha/Tollway states indefinitely closed - not relocated (to beltline/montfort) and I would HATE for anyone traveling to a store located further away as this store actually did relocate to the shopping area in Addison. I would suggest Rally House corporate office get some new marketing people as you most likely lost probably half your customer base by shutting down the previous website or stating "closed indefinitely" and not doing something as simple as stating "relocated to Addison"... Rally House is the BEST place to get your favorite teams gear and this location always has plenty of stock and the best staff... It would just be nice to have some direction if you usually went to one store that has relocated not too far in the distance and not think it was closed indefinitely. If I didn't live right next to the shopping area in Addison, I never would have known. Thanks Serlinda and Amanda for helping me find some awesome Baylor gear today!
