DSW employees were so helpful and understanding when I brought in this awesome pair of grey boots I had ordered but received scratched up. There were no more of my size and color available so they gave of their time and buffed out the scratches, better than new. Ladies, go get your boots for the season because the sizes are going fast. Very pleasant shopping experience. It was closing time and I was the last customer in the store. No one was pushing me to leave, everyone just continued with their duties and allowed me to continue looking around. Employees are friendly. Manager is wonderful. She helped me with online order issue (on 4/20, I wish I asked her name). She called customer service herself and had it all resolved. Not just sent me away with a customer service number to call.

Very good customer service. I ordered a hat but was given the wrong one. No big deal I still loved the hat. I had paid with some points and used a discount code so the difference was like $6.00 bucks. I had totally forgot about this. Today I received a cute personalized letter with a gift card of the difference. Thank you for following up :)

I ordered an online a pair of yellow box flip flops and totally love them. They feel super comfortable and look nicer than online. Great sale price and the ease of ordering them was fantastic and arrived within a few days. Plus I was notified from DSW on my email 📧 when they arrived.

THIS STORE IS AMAZING! Great selection and great prices! But the best part is an employee named Leila! She was beyond helpful and fantastic with my toddler! My 2 year old wanted her own bag to carry, so Leila gave her an empty bag and filled it with some paper so that my child could feel like she had her own bag to carry! Leila saved me from what likely would’ve been the 64,897th meltdown of the day!!! THANK YOU LEILA!! You’re a true ROCK STAR!

I came to this location by accident. I thought I had previously been here and purchased sneakers, but I'd been at a different DSW across town. I needed to do a return on merch I had worn for a week already, didn't have a receipt for anymore, and bought from a different location. I thought they'd laugh at me or turn me away but they were so helpful and processed an exchange quickly and easily! Customer for life. Couldn't have had a better experience!

This location is fantastic! I had an unpleasant experience at a different location, and decided to try out this location at the Forum. I've gone twice now and each time the team members were exceptional professional and caring. This last time, Lauren went above and beyond to help me with a pair of boots I ordered. They were a little scuffed and she buffed it out with some leather lube, without me asking!

Always have great sales. I enjoy the atmosphere. Very roomy now. They provide you with mask if you forgot yours. Sanitizers throughout. Seems like they're following all the guidelines. I do feel comfortable while I am there.

Great clearance prices! What a bargain! Only downfall to this place is the checkout process. I understand they want people to sign up for email rewards and what not but they should ask you if you would like to sign up. Not just get all your info. I just want to pay for my shoes and go!

I truely love DSW. It is so much fun to cruise the isles to decide which pair of shoes suits you. Today I shopped for boots. Tis the season! But let me tell you, you better hurry in, because the popular sizes sell out quickly. The shoes may seem expensive, but they are made of quality leathers. Their shoes literally outlast the styles. And on your birthday you are honored with a very generous discount. In these inflationary times, it's nice to know that every company is not just after your purse.

The service I received from other DSW stores before was luke warm. They normally asked if I was finding everything OK, but didn't really mean it.

Janet was different. She listened to understand my needs and found other shoes for me to try. Additionally, she suggested that I tried the inserts to support my feet.

I walked away with a pair of shoes super happy and am grateful for Janet's help.
