Total Wine & More

Learned a lot here. Didn't realize how big and fully stocked it really was. I'm new to the bourbon game and enjoyed talking to the gentleman that enlightened me on different things.

There was a mix up with a curbside order pick up. I tried to explain to the young lady that, what she had given me was not mine. She wasn’t rude or anything like that but truly an honest mistake. For the sake of not arguing and getting upset I simply left the store. Ironically enough I get an email about a survey about my recent order, I went into detail and explained what happened. A few days after I get a call from Matt, one of the managers at that location. He apologized about the mix up and offered to give me what I actually ordered. Matt went over and beyond to accommodate me(and I know he didn’t have to do all of what he did). I’m grateful and appreciate the 5 star customer service, that is definitely how it’s done and I will continue to do business with Total Wine & More.

This place is like heaven. So many choices to pick from. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer great suggestions if you are not sure about a selection. The store is very clean and tidy which is awesome. They have tastings and samples for you to try. I just love this place. 😀 I highly recommend this store for your beer and liquor purchases.

You will find anything you want from here for yourself and for a gift. Nicely organized. And there are bar tools to pick up if you don't already have them. There are snacks to pair up with your beverage of choice. And gift bags are on hand if you're surprising someone.

Huge selection with a good price, every employee I talked with was really nice. The store is extremely clean and well stocked for a Friday evening.

This place is awesome. They have a great selection, the store layout is great and it's easy to find what you are looking for if you are seeking something specific. There are tastings on the weekends (and maybe on weekdays-not sure) and the prices are low. They also have a great selection of smaller bottles, if you are looking to try something new but don't want to commit to the full size. They also have classes and events, I've not yet attended but the classroom looks nice.

I mostly go here for Steigl Grapefruit Radlers but they have a great selection of drinks. The employees are always willing to help and give advice. The store is really clean and well lit.

They also have a nice assortment of snacks and treats. They have these Pop Daddy Pretzels that are AMAZING. I highly recommend trying them. They are the pretzel sticks rather than twists like the Dots, which they have as well, and they have really good flavors. I like the garlic parmesan the best.

I found my new spirit store. I love this place. The staff is helpful and very friendly. I was impressed by the massive collections. The wine tasting is pretty cool too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful place to shop for wine and liquor. Just about everything I wanted was in stock and less expensive than my usual shops. I'll be heading to Total Wine from now on. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff too!!

The moment I parked, I realized I didn't have my bag. I went inside to see if I could pay with my phone. A woman working there saw me fiddling with my phone and started helping me, looking at my settings trying to figure it out. So,my phone doesn't have the capability to tap to pay.

She thought out of the box and brainstormed. Asked me to make an order online and she'd pull it for me. As soon as payment went through, she had me all packed up and even opened the door for me.

The store is also bright and clean, very well organized.

A huge selection of wines so much so that we come home with different wines every week, along with our favorites. Shawna is always available with a great recommendation and is super knowledgeable!

One of my favorite total wines, they are always nice and friendly. And help you choose what you like or a new taste.

Great prices. Curbside is quick. Some items cost less than Specs so that's a bonus. 👍👍

People, service, atmosphere all good. It's kid-friendly, but if you're going to drink then please leave your kids, especially if you're driving.

First time here, all started well and had an issue with a vender which I got upset. Total wine employee Aida listen and finish taken care of my purchase de-escalating and correcting the situation. 7 stars for this fine costumer service . ( the place is huge on selection).
