Cares about doing a good job for TPCIGA"Overall is good, I believe when we had issues, we have been able to escalate and got help whether we were disagreeing on current actions or getting something done. I think even with billing issues we have been able to get those addressed and is has got better with the exception of maybe couple attorneys.The reporting some of the attorneys put too much on the past experience of the plaintiff attorney, judge and venue that we do not need. At times they forget to fully address if we have rule out other insurance specially on the health side of things and providing a good strategy, continue to call a plaintiff counsel is not a strategy. Timely getting reports, especially the pretrial reports and getting motions filed as per discussion with adjuster, it seems the adjuster is having to look at the court records and then call the attorney to ask why it has not been done. It might be due to volume initially with ACCC, it seems at time they attorneys have never reached out to their on client the defendant in the file of the claim file. Not all the paralegals are made the same. They are getting cc on the emails, and I feel there are things the paralegal should be able to address to assist the defense counsel who is attending depos, hearings, etc. We had one recently that I cannot recall the file in which the adjuster emailed defense counsel a couple of times. The DC had been out someone sick at home and the paralegal was being cc. why not respond to say he/she it out, I'll make sure he/she reviews and provides update. It would seem in certain question the paralegal could responds if they are in touch with the defense counsel and might know the answer. Overall, the experience is good, some of the attorney we had bigger issues are no longer with the firm.

I am pleased with current work from counsels at this time "I have seen significant improvement with timely reports and responses from year ago. All attorneys on my files are doing good job As always love Adam and can text or email him whenever I need something he’s my number one. As with many firms this year there has been turn over a prompt email saying who is getting the files would be nice.

An attorney there told me he would represent me for ONLY 90 days for 7000.00 yep 7000.00!! After 90 days it would be more I've never heard of a such - my case was for retaliation from FMLA
