Some expensive things (tweezers were almost $9.00), but great deals(with card), store is clean, and friendly staff!! Make sure to get a Kroger card if going to shop here consistently!!!

love their cinnamon rolls and pastries. they aren’t dry. put em in the microwave not even 45 seconds and they are ready to devour

First time in a long time I had a good shopping experience late at night. The guy running the self check out lanes was super nice and helpful. He greated every one who came in the store. Very glad to see customer service is getting better at this location.

I am getting older and have lack of knowledge on using the Kroger App. I have signed up. I have been trying to get a Kroger employee with no success ( for over 6 months) to help me to be able to take advantage of the digital coupons. This past Sunday I stopped by a young girl restocking supplies to see if she would help me. With a big smile said, Yes, let me see what you're trying to do. I showed her, and she walked me through the whole process. She helped me clip coupons and save them. I used the digital coupons at the cash register and saved money. I want to say a Big Thank You to ANAHI. I hope your manager sees this. You were very polite and courteous. Kroger needs more people like ANAHI to be helpful to customers. Thank You ANAHI, you are why I will be back as a happy customer.

I was almost going to have a frantic attack because the money center at Kroger off Garland Ave closed early for God knows what reason and told me there was nothing to do about it. So! I called this location and let me tell you Brenda saved the ENTIRE day!!! I appreciate her so much for working with me and helping me out.

Pick up is a breeze, just wish Pharmacy had a drive thru...

Good product, good customer service

OMG!!! I have never, especially since the pandemic, been to a store and had an experience like I had yesterday at the Kroger on Walnut in Garland. This is not my normal Kroger store, but I had an appointment in the area so I did a pick-up order. Of course, I was an hour early so I went into the store to pick it up along with a few other things. But back to the point, every person I came in contact with, EVERYONE, was so friendly and kind. They were helpful as well but the genuine kindness I found in this store was so refreshing I had to say great job to everyone, you made my day!! I will be making your store a part of my shopping from now on!! Just a suggestion,,,maybe this store management could do some training with other locations!! Just saying!!!

I love this location. Ice been coming here every day for the last 3 years and the quality of service has stayed consistent throughout the entire time. I especially love the daily savings. I love the wide selection of discounted bakery items, especially when the prices are already the lowest around town.

Went to customer service. Paid my electric bill. Nick is a boss at multi tasking!! He need a raise! I see him every month. He is awesome!

So I went to this store to buy flowers for a guest. As I stood there in the floral department, a women who worked behind the desk with a strong accent asked me was I looking for anything in particular? I explained what I was looking for and she asked what was my pricing preference. She then grabbed a vase that already had an arrangement in it. She started to add and remove flowers from it to fit my occasion. I didn't get her name, but I will say I have not seen service such as hers in a very long time and I work hospitality. Thank you ma'am for all you did that day. You are a breath of fresh air.

Great store Love the location

We had a great experience with this Kroger Pharmacy. All of the staff were helpful especially Dr. Cecilia Tran who provided us with all of the information we needed and also went out of her way to help my parents with vaccinations. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy to my family and friends.

Kroger’s has absolutely out shined any other store in general from 2020-2021. Open through COVID-19 with later hours, open through extremely bad weather, and even power outages! All done with a smile, amazing customer service, and a clean store. Kroger’s and their employees deserved an award!!!! Amazing job well done! Thank you.

We love shopping here. Great prices, friendly, helpful employees. Convenient! Plus you get fuel points! I regularly save $$ on gas just by shopping!
The pharmacy is one of the best ones I have ever been to. The employees are A++++!

They recently renovated and added all new freezer units and flooring in this Kroger. It's much better now. I prefer to shop here than Wally World b/c the lines are always shorter and they have better quality meats.

Store is very clean & organized. Employees are very courteous & helpful. If you happen to be in need of the electrical carts, they have plenty to go around & they are always charged & ready to go at a fast but safe speed.
