We arrived with 10 minutes to spare before the store closed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to sizing and advice. In that short time we were able to find what we needed and them shipped back home. Great place to visit!

Finally the search is over I have been to 12 different stores, 4 in Arlington, 4 in upper Dallas and 4 in Garland TEXAS the Risistol/Stetson Hat Outlet had all types of mens and womens, and a bunh more cloth eyc. And hats all name brands and styles, with all there selection and real fair prices most store only had just cowboy only types no Fedoros, or pinch front ,panama beach style I even went to some store and they did not my size, some only had sizes up to 7 1/2, I need 7 5/8 hard to find in some stores. The best for persons is the people that will help ,I had a lady show me some real nice felt hat and a older man was working on shaping hats show me nice straw hats and there was also nice younger guy helped he answered my question, and he really new his stuff about hats and what would work for me ,great bunch of people. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND ONLY PLACE I SHOP AT FOR HATS when I fly in to DFW

This is The Hat store!! It's the only place my dad has ever bought his hats and he is 87 so that just let's you know how long I've been shopping here! The beautiful lady that blocks the hats is Amazing! My husband sit on his hat and he just knew it was over, I told him I know who can fix it! We live in Desoto are in Garland! She worked on that had and it looks brand new!!! Any kind of hat you want they have it!! The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Resistol Hat Outlet Store is amazing. Micah was our customer service rep. He was very patient with my young daughter helping her find the correct size. My bank had put a hold on transactions not related to the actual place resistol. I have changed my opinions and I apologize of any bad review I previously left. This is a great place to get a hat for your whole family. I recommend this place to anyone.

A paradise for hat shoppers. Good place to get slightly irregular or blemished hat “seconds” from all the Hatco brands, at discounts off retail. Qualified staff of hat shapers and professionals working the steamers in back. They will block, shape, crease, stretch or fit any hat you are buying there for free to make sure it looks perfect when you leave. They will brush and clean a hat you bring in for a modest fee.

I had no idea that Resistol and Stetson hats were made right in my own back yard! OK...not in my yard, but pretty darn close! The warehouse store is open to the public, and I was able to select, purchase, and ship a hat for a friend in no time flat... mostly thanks to the help of the very friendly staff.

Pretty good prices, got mine for $130. They also modified it to the style I needed it to be.

Just had one of my best hat experience in this store.
The manager was generous, sweet and kind, she made sure our experience at the store was pleasant and she got out of her way to help us with shipping and everything.
My man Micah(I hope I spelled his name right) is a hat enthusiast and he does some Amazing work. We had great conversations and he helped me shaping the open crown to a nice tear drop and added a beautiful feather with tons of character to go with it. I have to say Micah’s choice of feather just elevated my hat to a whole another level!
What a fantastic store with plenty of selection and heart warming customer service. This store and the staff have made my day, will definitely be returning!
