My first time at a La Madeleine- which all my Texan colleagues found pretty amusing. Fast casual. Nice attention to detail in decor and atmosphere. Warm and cozy. The menu was limited, but fresh. Salads made fresh, to order. You walk through a cafeteria line to pick your foods as you go, then seat yourself. Lots of seating and different spaces, so you didn’t get overwhelmed by bodies or too much noise. A quick option if you are in a hurry with enough charm to sit and visit for a bit. There were several lovely looking desserts- I’m going to have to return and try them all.

The cashier and server were very friendly. Both indoor and outdoor seating options provide the cozy environment to enjoy the pastry, coffee and autumn afternoon with friends.

My husband and I wanted to share our experience here. We have been coming here for last 5 years. Ms.Angelica has always been a great , passionate, gentle and attentive person. She deserves the recognition. The foods we enjoy are the pesto pasta , chicken Cesar salad and potato soup. I recommend this place to everyone.

Food, service and restaurant was a great experience. I was able to use my La Madeleine Rewards app for a free side salad. My co-workers and I was able to place our orders quickly and receive our food quickly.

A good mid afternoon meal at this La Madeline. I had the Chicken Parisienne. Wow, so good!
The staff was very helpful throughout ordering process. Also someone was in the dining room keeping it clean. Very good service indeed.

We had a lovely breakfast with our daughter. The food was fast, restaurant clean and everyone was very friendly. The manager, Tina, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and ensured we started our weekend off pleasantly. Thank you Tina - Merry Christmas to you and all the other employees that contributed to a great family meal!

I love restaurants that maintain consistency among various locations. Clean, organized, polite staff, plenty of parking, and incredible food. I wish there were more locations because I found myself craving this place quite often. I also love the interior, very well built and designed. We will be back many many times over. Thanks la Madeleine for the great experiences.

Great food, nice menu selection, comfortable environment. Something for everyone to enjoy here. Nice selection of beverages and coffees. The deserts are amazing. The staff is courteous and friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Plenty of seating inside as well as an out door extension of the restaurant. Plenty of parking in a well lit parking lot. Food is reasonably priced.

Always a great choice for a soup, salad and desert. The free jellies are a big bonus. Consistent quality across multiple restaurants.

Great atmospheric French themed bakery and cafe! The prices are reasonable, and the food was excellent. The bacon was the perfect texture, and the Croissant that came with the meals was buttery, crisp, and delightfully flaky.

My daughter's favorite place that has just grown on me. I love this food chain for the unique breakfast menu that they provide. If you are a fruit for breakfast person this place is for you.

I haven’t been to a La Madeline in years. I’ve lived in Plano since 2010 (when I wasn’t outside the country) and I’m sorry to say that I’ve never stopped in to this location. But I’m happy to say it was still a good experience! Everything from service to food was really good.

Service was really good. Steve took an enjoyable meal and made it even better. He interacted (in a non-intrusive way) with all the customers. I was here pretty late and the restaurant was pretty empty while I was there and he always found something to do. I was impressed enough to ask him his name to add him to my review.

Restaurant can have great food but bad staff. Restaurants can also have great staff but bad food. My experience here was both great staff and great food.

Love eating here! The food quality is always consistly delicious. The Chicken La Madeline is a favorite, as well as the Creme brulee. During the colder months sitting by the warm fireplace is a real treat. Customer service is always friendly and helpful too.

We've been going to La Madeleine for 30+ years. Never disappointing. The location on 15th St @75 is our favorite. The Preston Hollow is great, too. Love the homey, country French decor. The newer location in Allen has the same great, consistent food, but feels more like a "pre-fab" copy of the original La Madeleine locations around DFW. One of the great things they slacked on in their newer locations is the decor. It makes a difference in the overall enjoyable experience of La Madeleine. Additionally, ordering by phone is not nearly as satisfactory. The entree sizes/side item sizes are much smaller. It's best to go on in if you want to take the food out to eat, that way you can walk along the food line to make sure you're getting what you like. They skimp a little bit if you just call it in or order through a delivery service. Just an fyi. Again overall, La Madeleine is great and we will continue to be faithful patrons!

Pleasantly surprised by the food. The breakfast and croissants were excellent and very well made. Coffee was excellent. Nice ambiance and details inside of the seating areas.. Plenty of parking. Definitely recommend. Next time will try the brunch.
