Starbucks

This Starbucks is 10/10! I had a bunch of Starbucks-y things to take care of (reload card, use points, have multiple orders, birthday drink etc etc) but the staff was on it! She took it all in stride and had no issues at all! Super slick. As other reviewers mentioned, there isn’t really parking. I ended up parking in the church lot next door. All drinks were just right and came out in a timely manner. Overall store was clean, drinks were perfect, and staff were wonderful. Great job & would totally recommend!

Drive thru is very dangerous...people leaving on one side of you and entering through another. Weird set up. But Frappuccino was topnotch as was the Oleata (?).

The staff here is always cheerful, friendly, and eager to help. They greet you and have a smile all the time. Conveniently located off the freeway with great outdoor seating and country views!! Stop in and send some java time with the country folk of Boerne!!

I returned again to this Starbucks and the consistency is the same. Wait time was about 5 minuet. Overall great job!

This starbucks did a great job with getting the two drinks I ordered. The drinks were on point and staff was super friendly. I will return in the future.

I stop at Starbucks where ever I travel and it's always a great experience. The people are friendly, efficient, and the espresso is awesome. The locations are always clean and well maintained. I visit just about every day and can recommend Starbucks to everyone.

I use the Starbucks app to order in advance. This insanely hectic location never fails. My order is always right and on time. Even with cars wrapped around the building and people flowing in and out the doors; my barrista still smiles and thanks me every time. Kudos to the service these employees still provide when it's almost unfounded today!! Thanks Boerne team!!

Yummy coffee. Great tea. I like the peppermint syrup. Kids are happy with a cake pop. Convenient location for traveling.

The individual at the drive thru around 5:30a on 12/7 was very kind! The breakfast sandwich was exactly what I wanted.

Baristas are friendly and know my usualy order.

It's Starbucks! I use the app to pre-order and love that I walk in, pick up my drink, and am on my way. Drinks are always consistent in flavor, which I appreciate.

Very consistent baristas and always cheerful. Tim is always fun to interact with. During peak times the parking can be a challenge, but only sometimes.

Tiniest parking lot but huge heart! The staff keep this place pumping. I’m the guy that changes his mobile order name all the time. Something punny or objectively funny. The staff here always seem to laugh and enjoy it, it brightens my day when it seems I brighten their day.

The drive through is really fast and by mobile ordering ahead my caramel Frappuccino or green tea matchas or nitro Cold brews are always ready and waiting for me.

As a Favors driver I quite often place unique orders for my clients. This young lady, Bri, is the best. She took a complex order and made it perfectly. If you get lucky enough to have Bri as your barista, consider it a good day. Oh, and tip her well - she is worth it!!!

Staff was friendly and apologized for the wait the line was long but we got through in relative good time and got our coffees fast. The cake pops where also yummy.

I wanted to thank the staff here for their excellent customer service. The one on I10 and 46 went out of their way to help us out. Taylor was very kind and engaging. We walked to the store from our hotel (in town to visit a relative on hospice) and despite staffing issues and the lobby being closed, they met our needs, even before knowing the story.

Ordered a Decaf Latte with non-fat milk and no foam. Always a yummy treat!! Used the drive -thru. Very fast service.

Had a great experience at Boerne Starbucks today. A prompt and friendly greeting on entering was followed by solid recommendations for iced and cold-brew coffee for my wife and I. I really appreciate the cleanliness, attention to detail, and openness of this location's processes. Under 5 minutes for two specialty drinks during a moderately busy time. The friendliness of the staff seemed to flow from the apparent happiness of the workers. Liam is our favorite there but the entire team was efficient without seeming rushed. Overall a great experience.
