The Home Depot

I can really say that this home depot always has everything I need. Additionally, the staff is always helpful and its easy to find things. Between all the Home Depots located in San Antonio / Boerne area this is in the top 5 best ones and I would recommend for anyone to shop at.

We recently did a bathroom remodel most of Our materials came from Home Depot. and Lowes... We've never been disappointed in. either.

Staci is absolutely AMAZING!!! I needed stain samples, and the ones I wanted were not down below on the shelf, I was able to look the number up and knew they were in stock. The paint guy was so backed up, I knew it would be a long wait. I went up to Customer Service and simply asked if they could call someone to come pull that stock for me.. and she said absolutely, and went right to the paint department and found a ladder and pulled it herself! That's great customer service! Thank You Staci for making my day go much faster and easier!

Doing everything myself with zero help and then checking myself out is a godsend. Hopefully they'll make them 24 hours with no personnel and a key to the forklift.

This is my favorite Home Depot. Each time I've needed assistance, the employees here have done a great job both sharing their knowledge and answering my questions. Bernie R and Jaden I are among the many to provide exceptional customer service.

I have visited the equipment rental center here. Professional service, great selection of tools and products, very good experience.

Easy to get in, find what you need and with self checkout, you’ll be done in no time. Always helpful are the reps and store attendants. Customer service is always on their toes with fast friendly and knowledgeable reps. Saturday mornings are especially busy, so be ready ! Royobi, Mikita, and Milwaukee products sold here.

On July 31 I asked Phillip at Home Depot to cut pegboard for me. He was polite, professional and cut these correctly and without delay. It is employees like Phillip who bring me to this location to shop.

Kind and friendly people. Somethings are overpriced. I just look elsewhere. Most of the time they are fair.

Home Depot that's something that needs to be worked on, hire more people so you can staff more people!! Something I know for sure, "Happy customers spend money" .

The Bernie Home Depot has always been represented by friendly helpful people more importantly knowledgeable people and additionally, Home Depot feels more like a worker's store rather than a retail Outlet....

Ordered items at the customer service desk. They were delivered to my garage the very next day. Great customer service. My dog's like wandering through the aisles with me too.

I would like to recognize one of your employees at the Boerne, Texas, location. His name is Michael Molina.
I am a disabled Army veteran. I was at this store shopping for garden items and flooring items. Michael was extremely helpful, patient, and courteous in helping me find items and helping carry them to my cart since I am unable to do it myself. He assisted me in several store isles, made sure I was doing alright, helped me find items, and facilitated the loading of items for me. He had a great attitude and it made for a very pleasant shopping experience!

After using Lowes delivery service and having nothing but problems, without exaggerating! I have been working on a projects and building a “deck fabulous” deck, lol, anyways….I gave up on my last order that they called the morning of delivery and said ,once again!!!! That they have to reschedule! Not once have I ever gotten what I ordered on time and without issue! I decided to try Home Depot’s delivery. OMG!! So they did have to reschedule but the guy called me the day before, and when I was so irritated that I told him to forget it and cancel, He said,”Are you sure ma’am”? In a concerned tone… I was floored at that moment and so impressed, that’s all it took to win me over was to treat me as a person! I told that guy the problems I had with Lowes and how they treated me as if I was just a number. Anyways, after this, I was so happy, I told the Home Depot guy, to just deliver it whenever he wants and I truly am appreciative of the reaction he gave. He laughed and had it sent to me the very next day as he said he would. The delivery drive was very kind and respectful. He unloaded my shipment exactly where I asked and he smiled at me when he seen me peak around the corner(lol, I was so caught). Anyways, Home Depot’s Delivery service and customer service are TOP NOTCH and I highly recommend them, because dependable and reliable customer service and delivery are so very important. 5 stars Easy!!!!

Very helpful employee in the outside garden department! I believe he said he's the nursery man! He went above & beyond to help us out! Ran around in search for something, got on the phone for help & he set us up with everything we needed & a free Christmas tree! Saved us $80, cut the bottom of it for us, so we didn't have to! I'm sure he did the same for EVERYBODY! There weren't alot of trees left, but we got the perfect 7' tree, for our son's first Christmas tree, in his new place! That employee...wish I'd have taken note of his name...added to the whole Christmas spirit, for us! Best shopping experience ever! 😊

I call this “My Home Depot” for a reason! The employees are all nice, helpful, and courteous. I never have to look hard for someone to help and see the same faces each time I go. I like that I can do a quick check out If I’m in for a few items and always have a nice associate to check me out if I need. I’ve been ordering online and doing store pickup too a lot lately, I wish that process was a bit faster and smoother, but other than that this is MY Home Depot and deserves 5 bright stars!

Bernie was awesome! Very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. This HD is my favorite! From the cashier who always has little dog treats for my pup to their floor associates they always provide an excellent knowledgeable guest experience!
