Armando's Jewelers Boerne

So this bracelet goes back to before my parents were married. It’s nearly 70 years old.

Being fairly new to Boerne and never having to have jewelry repaired I resorted to doing a Google search. Armando‘s name came up with some standing reviews and ranking.

I took this piece in and we discussed replacing the bracelet since it was uniquely broken but with a little convincing, Armando decided he might be able to repair it versus replacing the bracelet.

Needless to say he did a five star job. No doubt it is not an every day occurrence for a Rolex quality craftsman to have an opportunity to repair a simple bracelet. His desire to please, and to do an exceptional job came through; well done Armando!

Went there today to have a watch band repaired on my daughter's watch, one of my personal watches fixed, and one for my wife. He fixed my daughter and mine while I waited for $25. He looked at my wife's which had belonged to her grandmother. Told me it would be $75 to repair it. Didn't try and pressure me into repairing it or anything (it's not worth $75 to repair). I ended up buying a little necklace for my daughter while I was there. Id highly recommend taking in any watches here to have them repaired.

I am very pleased with my experience at Armando's Jeweler's in Boerne. I stopped by two days ago to see if they could repair and resize my engagement ring and wedding band. I figured I would have to leave it a week or so and was not looking forward to being without them.
Not only did they do an excellent job of repairing the crack in the ring, they also secured the prongs around the diamond, resized both rings, and cleaned both of them. I received a call about 3 hours after I left the rings telling me they were ready to pick up. They look better than they have in years. They did a wonderful job, and in a few hours, I had them back looking great. Thank you for your good service.

I went to Armando's Jewelers in Boerne,TX to inquire about having my Wedding rings combined. I was quoted a fair price and was told it would be ready the next day. I received a call the following day stating my ring was ready. Both my Husband and I think the ring looks Beautiful. Highly recommend for Jewelry and Repair. Brought my wife's favorite watch, a tiny Hamilton mechanical from a few decades ago in. It was broke and lost the crystal. Me and my wife had little faith in it's revival. It's alive, well, and wrapped up waiting for her under the Christmas tree! Thank you Armando's Jewelers!

Armando did a great job fixing my wife’s necklace in a hour. Decided to stop by after another jeweler in town said they would have to keep it at least a week. I will definitely be coming back. He cares about taking care of his customers and doing quality work.

Armando’s has helped me with repairs on 3 different items of jewelry already! First, he added a larger bale to a heavy quartz crystal pendant I have so I could use it with a larger chain. Now he has replaced a missing Swarovski crystal in a large 70’s era bracelet I was given and repaired a very delicate gold necklace that I love.. He is a pleasant person to work with and has done good work for me.

I have been in this jewelry store twice now and both times I felt valued and was treated professionally. Both times were for watch battery replacement and it took no time to get them done. I believe I had to leave them there for two days at the most. In addition to that if I asked advice on other jewelry matters it was happily given to me and in ways that would not cost a lot.

Armando has repaired 3 rings, 3 necklaces and 2 watches. He made my pieces look like new. He is very timely in doing the repairs and his charges are very reasonable. I recommend him to anyone who wishes to have jewelry repaired.

I met Armando a few weeks ago when I needed a watch / link adjusted, then I returned this week after a single earring of one of my favorite pair had been found....it had been lost for over 3 years! I had been working all day out on our property of 26 acres, had been up, down and around before noticing that I had lost one of my earrings. I accepted that it was gone forever but while out with my grandsons on their scooters ....I bent down to pick up a few nails left behind during construction....Lawdy! I saw my earring! Took it in to Armando, he repaired the spring hinge, cleaned up the pair and it is as after these few years that I have a brand new but old favorite pair of diamond earrings! Took my grandfather’s old turquoise watch cuff to another jeweler to have a new watch put in. They told me they couldn’t do it because the watch was too big to fit and there was no possible way. Took it to Armando‘s and he had done it in 24 hours. Amazing work!!

I took in my wedding ring after the center stone fell out due to a broken prong. Armando suggested removing all of them and replacing with wider, longer prongs to hold it securely. It looks fantastic and it was very reasonable. I will go back again and again.

I was given a gold bracelet by my mother which was a little too big. I took this to Armando's for sizing. He suggested to use the links and make them into earrings. I was shocked because i didn't think of it, but thrilled with his suggestion. I am so pleased with the set and highly recommend Armando's for your special jewelry.
