Damian Spencer is without a doubt the best Mortgage lender we have ever worked with and 5 stars is not enough to describe how committed he is to providing exceptional service to his clients. Taking our time was not an option in this market so he got us to closing in 14 days! We highly recommend Damian and FNB!!

The customer service at the Champaign branch is exemplary. It began with their respectful and professional request for my business. It continues to this day with their offering of banking instruments that they have tailored to my needs and in my best interest. For example, they structured a loan so that I could pay less interest than I had been paying with another lender.
