AT&T Store

This store is awesome! Cam has helped me through a frustrating experience from another store and it was a great experience. He was knowledgeable, explained the process and what he was doing which helped give me confidence that he knew what he was doing. Absolutely awesome team and store. This is the only store I plan on going to in the future!

Krista, The Sales Lady. Was Awesome! She was Powerful sales woman
But now I see and extra line on my bill it was put on there the day a 7a google pixel phone I did not receive. If she was scamming me or what
I did receive great customer service. But also received an extra line now 3 phone lines. I didn’t want and know I had. It makes the great customer none and void . I recently called the fraud & claims department on this lady and gave her name and number to them. So I can be refunded me my money for a third phone line I didn’t want or the phone (7a google pixel) I didn’t receive. I did not authorize her to do this. Amen. There are some nice but crooked people in this world.
I don’t know how she thought I wouldn’t find out, my bill just shot thru roof . People please, know how to work your devices read your contracts on line and do not trust sales people or take their word for it. look into it your selves as well. To all the details as they are working on your behalf. Amen

We came in very late and Lee took care of us without problem. We had to leave and come back and he didn't mind. We had so many issues with another company, that it caused all of us to stay an hour and a half later than he closed, and he was determined to help us. Thank you AT&T for taking care of your customers and thank you Lee for being so patient and helpful.

Stopped by yesterday to buy a Samsung Galaxy S24.
Not only was Brandon was super kind, he made sure that we understood how installment fees work, and even recommended us some protection screens.
We brought in an old Iphone and he did an amazing job transferring the data and explaining to us how the phone works.

I have a lot of issues but Ziara Randolph our saving angel solved everything. If only I can give her 10stars for a job well done. I believe she deserves another promotion. She's just amazing😊😍

Ziara is awsome. She was very polite and thorough. Made sure we was totally taken. While we were waiting on our phone to transfer she kept a conversation going with us.

Krista helped me today and I must say I am very impressed by her professionalism and kind nature! We ran into a few hiccups (not her fault) but she did everything in her power to make sure I got everything I wanted!
