This is the best hardware store in Champaign. Their service is superb! Home Depot / Lowes / Menards can't match their service.

Always a five star experience at Ace Hardware. One of the few places around that still embraces excellent customer service. I love shopping here and it’s conveniently located! Keep it up!!

Very nice local hardware store. Maybe not the full selection of the big box stores, but they really have almost everything you will need for most jobs. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the manager/owner is almost always on site. The few times I had to return something it was no hassle very easy.

If you live in the neighborhood, please stop by and pick something up next time you are thinking of going out to lowes or one of the others. It's a great resource to have in the neighborhood.

I needed several car keys and remotes. It required a knowledgeable person to accomplish. Michael was very patient and professional! I also had the pleasure of working with another gentleman but I failed to get his name. He went out to the car a number of times to confirm that everything was working correctly. Thank you to both gentlemen!

Everyone of the employees were very helpful. They took the time to understand our needs and help us find the correct item. During the process they were very kind to any customer that came up, offering assistance without stopping to assist us. I think that is a very hard thing to do, and they executed perfectly. We will definitely make this are go to hardware store in the future as service like this is priceless.

Been shopping here for years. Employees have always been friendly. Store is clean and well organized. If you need screws and such, this is a much better place to go then Lowe's or Home Depot. Handy that the location also has the pet store and grocery store in the same lot.

The staff here have always been very consumer friendly and knowledgeable. A special recognition goes to Al who has consistently been patient, competent, and creative in helping me figure out the best way to fix some home maintenance/repair problems.

Excellent customer service. We had a horrible experience at Lowe's, went to Ace instead for the same item. They offered complimentary delivery, assembly and even were willing to deliver another item for us on short notice. Thank you Jerry and team!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (Randy was great and so was the other guy with the beard and hat!), I always have a positive experience when I come in. Prices are a little higher, but it's definitely worth it especially if you don't know what you're looking for and need the extra assistance.

They always seem to have what i need & Ryan is a great associate. The whole staff is great. Always friendly & helpful. Great store. And i still like the Craftsman lawnmower i got there.

I'm glad to see a trio of Ace Hardware stores have cropped up in town. I realize they're a subsidiary of Niemann Foods, so they aren't exactly "small-town," but the smaller scale and more personal nature of the stores is a welcome respite from the gargantuan box stores. The Ace at Kirby has always been especially good. Many of there staffpeople have worked there for years and they're always helpful and friendly.

Great selection and the customer service is second to none. I mostly enjoy the friendly and knowledgeable employees. Kudos to mgmt for hiring such good people. It's my favorite hardware store in town.
