Berger's Bike Shop

This store provides the highest level of service and expertise. Their prices are always reasonable, there work on-time and of the highest quality. I have bought all my bikes here since I've moved to York in 2013.

I came back for another bike years after purchasing my first because they treat everyone like family. I bought a bike with a child seat and Scott made sure it would be perfect for either of my grandkids to ride with their mom. Great service, as always!

This bike shop is awesome. The young gentleman working in there has always been Johnny on the Spot for us. He is very helpful and excellent at what he does. We love this business and will continue to go there for any of our bike needs.

Highly recommend! Loaded the bikes on the car only to discover a rip in the tire. Called and realized I would not make it before they closed until Tuesday. No problem Keenan said. Just lock the bike out back and I'll fix it for you. Picked up the bike on Sunday so we could have it for the weekend. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

Service is always friendly and highly informed. Really quick turn-around on my most recent visit too -- same day service! This bike shop is a gem for the York community and surrounding area. Great to see them adding electric assist bikes to their inventory too.

We bought two bikes from Berger's. The team did a great job putting them together and having them both ready when we arrived (right before closing!). We brought them back a few times for tweaks, and they were happy to help. We would definitely buy there again.

Great customer service! I live out of state and I ordered a bike from them via phone for a birthday gift. Not only did they help me pick the right bike they delivered it to my mom's house when I couldn't pick it up. The birthday was a success because of them. I will be a repeat customer!

I have been a customer of Berger's since 2011. Berger's has earned my complete trust over these years. I feel I can rely 100% on what they tell me my bike needs to stay in tip-top shape. And the pricing has always been fair.

Even though there are multiple local bike shops near my primary residence in Massachusetts, I tote my bike located there the 70 miles to York ME to Berger's for tune-ups. (I have a vacation home in York, ME.)
It would never occur to me to take a bike anywhere else but Bergers!

Scott's shop is awesome. I've been going there for 20+ years and his service is 5 stars. He and his staff have recently helped me with a full Thule system for my car which they glad installed perfectly and in very little time. He always tunes our bicycles up with care and noone is more knowledgeable. Stop by and say hello. You'll be glad you did. KQ

This is a great local bike shop! They primarily sell Trek bikes. Service is top notch. Prices are competitive with other sources. Scott and his staff went out of their way to get me the right model and size mountain bike that I was looking for. Highly recommended!

Due to back issues I have certain limitations. The proprietor was sensitive and helpful. He is truly a kind man. He also knows his stuff with bikes. I will not hesitate to buy my next bike from this shop.

The tube on the front tire of our double BOB stroller broke, just as were about to head down to the beach (Friday of Labor Day weekend). I panicked, because we need the stroller for our 2 year to get down to beach... I called Berger’s Bike Shop as it was the first (only?) bike shop listed in York, and it was open for another hour and a half. They told me to bring it down before they closed, and 20 minutes and $18 later it was fixed! They saved our long beach weekend and I am so happy with the quick, efficient service. Looks like they have some really cool bikes in there too!! A+

We've been buying/ servicing our bikes at Berger's bike shop for years. Scott and his staff are always very accommodating and their service is always top notch. Great local bike shop!

The reviewer "hideaway inn" needs to pull their head out of their @$$. Berger's has been nothing but amazing to us, and they have also been super helpful when we were in a pinch....I can talk about how they gave us a great deal on a bike for my GF...or how they put up with my hundreds of questions over the many visits...or how they fixed one of our bikes after it flew off the top of my car when cruising down the highway...

I haven't rode a bike in years and they helped my wife an I get going on a couple new bikes they were helpful and friendly no pressure and knew what they were talking about explaining everything w e needed to know about the new trek bikes

Berger’s is an awesome bike shop. They have the experience to help with new and experienced riders!!

I came in with a broken chain. Got 10 minutes and repair was done. Was greeted with a smile.
