Chapman Cottage Restaurant

Phenomenal memory in the books. My partner took me here while we were visiting New Hampshire. I am so glad he did. This location is a coastal haven and we had the perfect weather. Made reservation for 5pm and we seated in corner booth at winder. Perfect view. Had delicious cocktails then flowered by salad and soft warm bread with roated oil garlic! Sinful. I had the seafood ravioli and my boyfriend had the seafood stuffed chicken. All was so amazing and delicious. Every bite. Our server was impeccable. The blueberry pie is to die for. I am not even a Blueberry pie person but enjoyed. Forgot what I got for after sweet but I know it was excellent. We shared of course. This is a perfect date night idea and I want to come back with family and of course, my love again.

Food was tasty. I choose recipes and food I have never tried. They had some great twists on old favorites. Like the water melon salad and the picked vegetable on the lightly fried haddock. Every thing tasted better then expected.

They were out of the wings and pork dish, so I will have to return another day to try them. The candy bacon was a nice touch on the hamburger.

Excellent food atmosphere and service!!! Great accidental discovery, the restaurant we booked for Father’s Day was unexpectedly closed because of a broken water main so a backup plan was needed and this place did not disappoint. In fact it was better then the original reservation. The seafood chowder is definitely a stand out. The drinks were great too.

All the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Our server Micaela (I'm sorry if im nit spelling it right) was absolutely phenomenal and made my wife and I really enjoy our evening. The food was fantastic (highly recommend the cheesecake!).

Soft opening night at Chapman Cottage! I had my wedding reception here 3 years ago in February during a blizzard. Both experiences were fantastic. Service is great, outdoor seating under a tent was perfect for summer weather, and there's heat lamps for the cooler evenings. The food was amazing. Everyone loved their dishes. I'll label my photos if I can, but I'll be back here, just like I do a couple times a year when I'm in town visiting my mom. Highly recommended!

Delicious food, great service. We sat by the fireplace; it was beautiful. The staff were all friendly. We had the brie with honey and nuts and the wing appetizer. Both were amazing. My burger was cooked perfectly, as was my husband's steak. Also, the gelato sundae was delicious! Made with the chefs honey! Prices were reasonable for what you get. Pros service, atmosphere, food Cons the only con I can of is that the bathroom is very small and there is only one.

I can't say enough about this location. It was beautiful, the layout was wonderful and we were staying in the portion of their property that allowed pets and I was impressed by how thoughtful the Inn was to their furry patrons. They had both of freshwater inside the doorways and containers of dog biscuits. The amenities far animals were just as nice as the amenities for the humans that accommodate them. We had an incredible stay and I would go back in a hot second! If you have a chance definitely spend an evening

We had a wonderful stay at Chapman Cottage! We loved the overall ambiance of the house with the staircase being our favorite. We had appetizers at the tavern which were amazing as well as the watermelon lemonade. Location is a short walk to Fishermans walk and the Wiggly Bridge. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better time

We came to Maine for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved staying at the York Harbor Inn. We stayed in room 602 which features 2 beautiful fireplaces, king bed, large shower, and a 2 person jacuzzi tub. Not only was the room beautiful, but the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is delicious! We also enjoyed being so close to the beach. We had a lovely picnic on the cliff walk and spent the evening on the beach. Overall, we had a delightful stay and I'd highly recommend it!

Fireplace in bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi tub, just an incredible experience. Pub in main house is awesome, feels like your in a luxury boat. Highly recommend if you want a romantic and relaxing weekend!

Lots of parking with beautiful ambiance on the patio and extremely friendly & attentive Staff! The Sangria, Candied Bacon & Avacado Fries were outstanding! Plan to come back soon!

We walked through the Chapman house but did not book a room. Very inviting and beautiful and would consider upon another visit to York Maine definitely staying there.

Loved our waitress, the brie was such a wonderful appitezer !!! We enjoyed our drinks. It was so cozy, fire place, seating, and atmosphere!!

Great place to stay! Wonderful staff, in particular our experience with the inn keeper Greg went out of his way to make our stay truly exceptional! Rooms are great as well.

Attentive wait staff, outstanding small plate, half price bottle of wine as a bonus and entrees delicious! Go if you get a chance.

Fantastic food. Wonderful atmosphere. Sat outside on the patio. Tuna nachos are a must.
