Red Wing - Brighton, MI

The Brighton Store was the only store that had the boot that I needed in the whole Metro Detroit area. I believe the gentleman that assisted me was very nice and knowledgeable. I will be buying more redwings if the company can be like this in every transaction. I just wish more store had a better variety of stock instead of having to drive 30 miles one way to buy these boots.

My husband makes sure to get his boots here at the Brighton location, solely based on the customer service. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. You don’t feel rushed through the process by any means, and always leave with the best product for you. Thank you Brighton Redwing and thank you Ben for the outstanding customer service.

Ben is the guy if you're looking for someone highly knowledgeable about Red Wing products and who cares for the customers.

I walked into the store needing new work boots and met Ben. He gave me his informed opinions on what boot was most suited for me. He knew everything about every boot in the store, explaining all the pros and cons of almost all boots. I purchased the boot style he recommended, but later that day, I realized it was slightly too big. I called the store, and Ben said that the size I needed was sadly sold out. Just by his voice, I could tell he felt terrible and wanted to help as much as possible, though he couldn't because the next restock of those boots was 7-10 days. I decided to wait for the next restock and keep wearing my old boots. The next day Ben surprisingly called me, informing me that he had the size in stock. I was slightly confused, given he said he wouldn't have the boot for over a week. Then he informed me that he drove to a different store on his own time and grabbed the right size just for me. This was the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. I was shocked that Ben took the time out of his day to help a customer. Give this man a raise; he deserves it.
You have now earned a lifelong Red Wing customer thanks to Ben.

Went in to buy construction work boots. Ben was the only salesperson working. I told him the features and characteristics needed. Ben measured me up recommended a boot, tried it on and the fit and feel was exactly what I wanted. Went in to get my brother his first pair of work boots and the experience was beyond amazing. Kim was so kind and went over and above to help him find the right shoe. We were skeptical of coming in because we had terrible experience at other locations but we will for sure be coming back to the Brighton location. Thank you Kim for such a wonderful experience!

Ben was really helpful in finding the boots I was interested. He pulled out all sizes I needed and gave helpful advice on what boots ran small and which ones ran large. He also invested his time in helping me look for a boot they don't carry in store. If you want to try red wings shoes or their irish setter boots, this is the place to go! Ben was really dedicated to helping and super friendly.

In a world of online shopping and people with no communication skills, this red wings location located in green oak stands alone.

I received excellent service from help picking boots, explaining the difference red wing is from other brands. The gentleman working on the 23rd of September from 3-5 pm was absolutely outstanding.

I highly recommend this location and the service I received and will be returning due to the level of care I received.
