Even when it's very busy, the lines are quick. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, the prices are fair, especially if you go during a sale and you can sometimes get coupons for your next visit. The products are high quality and great gifts or items for your house.

Went in to purchase a specific candle. This is one of the larger stores so they had the Spiced Cardamom. By the way, this is heavenly! Also purchased a couple others that I knew I couldn't get in a smaller store. BBW candles are great. I love how intense the scents are!

My first time visiting a mall since the pandemic. It was beautiful. I hope to visit again soon. I shopped at my favorite store, Bath and body works. What a fabulous sale they had!! I was so overwhelmed with the sale prices and the awesome fragrances that I forgot to get the main thing I wanted, shower gel! Yep!! I got all lotion and fragrance and no soap!!! But what girl doesn't like to shop! Don't worry BBW I'll be back!!!

The gal that was helping me was extremely patient as I sniffed my way through many different scents. Wanted the perfect gift and happy with the selection she helped me make. Never did I feel pressured or 'the too much help' syndrome.

Staff were extremely helpful and the sales were great. Many people offered help as we shopped. The store was clean and easy to shop. Check out was pretty quick.

First time going into a B&BW they had tons of stuff on sale I decided to try their wallflower thing I bought to plugs which were 50% off they were seasonal ones and 3 scents, a couple hand soaps and hand sanitizer.. the wallflower scents are absolutely amazing I have 2 in the house.. one at the back door and one in the bathroom they work a lot better then I ever thought and the soap is so soft and smells so good! (Really sensitive skin).. also the employees were veryyy nice and helpful!

I love this place. I love the sales and the smells. The only complaint I have is how long I have to stand at the check out at times. I get they are busy but when they are juat chatting with co workers it is annoying. I go frequently though so it doesnt bother me that much 😉

Stalkers here. Policy must be tight on helpers. They stalk you when you enter. I understand, I've worked in retail. I love this store, favt foam soaps. We came, we saw, we left. Then we checked our email for discounts and we came back. Sign up for emails then come back, deals on top of deals. Peach Bellini, favt. Enough said.
