Ann-imals Pet Supply Store

We stopped while visiting Maine to grab some CBD cookies for our anxious dog! I loved the young woman's help and meeting the cat, Shake n Bake !

I live in Maine but go out of my way to come here to get my dog and cat food because it is such a great store. They have an awesome selection of natural and holistic pet food including raw food for dogs and cats. The staff are super nice and knowledgeable and have had some great recommendations for me. The prices are truly comparable to 'big box stores' but with much higher quality and more friendly customer service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable woman there today who's name I wish I could recall. We brought in out puppy Bly and got him new food, treats, toys, harness and leash today. She new could tells us everything about anything that interests us. Looking forward to shopping here regularly.

I love this place. They always have exactly what I need and if not, they will hunt it down for me. The staff is always knowledgeable about what products are best for my strong jawed pooch. They welcome him in the store and shower him with love while I shop too. The prices are the same I would pay elsewhere but I would miss out on that personal touch. So glad we have a business like this in town. They also support animal charities and host adoption events and nail trimming...even pictures with Santa. I got our kitten Rizzo from them. :)

Ann-imals is just the best- literally the only place I shop for pet supplies. I can walk in and know anything they carry is going to be good for my dog. And while I appreciate their high-quality products, it’s really the staff who go above and beyond. Ann and her team are knowledgeable and incredibly caring, and have helped me through so many issues with my dog. I feel so thankful to have them close by; they are an asset to our community.

Ann and the entire staff are so knowledgeable and helpful about nutrition and general dog and cat care. Definitely 6 stars if I could give them! Love love love this store. Wish it was closer to my home so I could go more often.

Ann-imals provides excellent service! if they don't carry a certain item, they'll be happy to special order for you. Their prices are comparable or lower than Chewy, and you'll be supporting a local small business.

Ann-imals Pet store is hands down my go to for all my dog’s needs. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s close, convenient, and open when I get off work. And if you’re lucky, you might meet their furry friend George!

I stopped by today to find a harness and they were very helpful. Lindsey even came out with her dog (he uses the same harness) and showed me how to properly put on the harness and adjust. It's always nice to see people go above and beyond. They also support mutipel local rescues. So shop local if you can!!!

Ann-imals carries an abundance of items for your pets that the Owner and staff investigate before the products are put on the shelves.
Very knowlegdable and compassionate about your pets needs.
The staff works with you and your pets dietary requirements and if you want to try a particular item they will get it for you!
Delivery is free for orders $50 or more which I have used this service during a particularly busy time in my life!

I am so lucky to be only a few miles away from this fantastic store! The lovely people that run it are always so helpful and the selection of natural pet treats is always so good! I would highly switching from Chewy or Petco to this locally owned store!!!

I NEVER feel the desire to go online and leave a review but I HAVE to after going to Annimals Pet Supply! I asked for a recommendation for dog food and I was blown away with how thorough of an answer I got! Finally, people who don't sell what they want to sell, but take the time to actually determine what would be best for my dog. This is totally my pet store now!

Ann-imals in York ME is just the best shop for pet supplies ever. All kinds of raw and kibble, treats, toys, leashes, beds and anything else you can think of. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that support adoption events. Check it out, love this place!

Recommended by my vet to get some senior cat food there. The 2 people working there were very very helpful helping me find the canned food that I needed for my kitty with first stage kidney failure. They looked up all the ingredients and we tried 7 different cans. The kitty was very pleased with the food, which was quite reasonable (7 cans for $10). Will definitely recommend this place!!!

I have been shopping at Annimals for years. Every time I go in, someone is always willing to help me find something or carry the large bags of food to the car. They also have everything I need for a dog with food allergies. I highly recommend Annimals!

I have been a customer of Ann-mals for many years. My dog recently had pancreatitis
And was very ill. I went to two veterinarians and spent hundreds of dollars with absolutely no nutritional guidance..
I went to Ann-imals and spoke to Ann. She guided me through a dietary path that brought my dog back to health. When it comes to nutrition and your dogs health Ann-imals is the place to go.

I have 4 rather spoiled dogs, who eat a raw diet. Ann has everything I need to keep my demons at bay :) I can't describe how grateful I am for the folks at Ann-imals: they always have great advice, and care about me and my dogs. I have nothing but good experiences there.

Having a large number of dogs (all rescued, some with special needs) my partner/spouse and I are frequent shoppers at Ann-imals in York, Maine. We are ALWAYS treated with respect and kindness by Ann, Christine and the other employees here. The store has a HUGE selection of foods, treats, leashes, collars, harnesses, toys, shampoos and health supplements. I may have left out something !!
It has always bothered me when I have witnessed someone being rude or condescending to the staff, I know that bad attitudes show up at other retail stores, grooming places, etc., there is NO NEED for them, especially when people work so hard to please !!
